Please do take about a week to browse through this course and learn all the techniques BEFORE doing the workout. It is very important to have the correct form to avoid injury. I also suggest you watch the full workout from start to finish before trying it.. that way you will know what to expect and be familiar with all the moves.

The Workout section:

To do the workout you need to be familiar with all the moves taught in the previous lectures. Please note that a beginner should use about 60% effort, an intermediate about 70% effort and advanced 100% effort. In the rest periods allocated throughout the workout it is at your discretion if you choose to take the full rest or not. Some people who are very advanced will not need a rest at all... please go with your level and at your pace.

If you are hoping to achieve a change in 14 days, this is definitely possible. What you will need to do is follow the workout 4-5 times a week and combine your programme with a healthy eating plan that is not excessive in calories or bad fats. Good luck and enjoy !

Leo Diez, Personal Trainer at Udemy

Leo Diez is a professional Personal Trainer, Kickboxing instructor and Expert conditioning coach with 15 years experience.

Leo started as a trainer in South America and developed his martial arts expertise there from a young age starting with karate. He moved to the UK and took part in intense further training in conditioning performance for athletes, kickboxing, Muai Thai, MMA, and hand to hand combat self-defence.
