There are different ways to achieve personal and professional success. Most people do everything by themselves and learn from their own mistakes. The problem with this approach is that creating massive results usually takes a lot of valuable time.
Taking this into account, what's the point of reinventing the wheel?
Isn't it better to model the best people in your field, learn 10x faster and accomplish massive results? Having successful individuals as your mentors can be a game changer and most people are aware of it. However, many of us never take any action. The main reason?
FEAR. The fear of rejection, the fear of failure, the fear of the unknown.
We say to ourselves:
-I don't have enough experience
-I'm too young/old
-I'm just an average person with nothing to offer
-I'm not good enough etc.
However, we need to recognise those statements for what they really are - LIMITING BELIEFS. If you want to live a great life you need to start destroying those disempowering thought patterns.
The million dollar question is:
How can you distinguish yourself from thousands of other people and actually build relationships with your role models?

Your vision and goals are extremely important because without them, you are like a ship without a sail. Defining your vision and goals gives you direction of your life.
So What are your goals?
I want you to get specific … and write them down..
Before you approach anybody for mentorship, it's very handy to know EXACTLY what you want
What do you want mentoring for?
And a good place to start with is knowing your strengths and passions.
Great by now you should have your goals written down. If not pause this video and really spend some time putting them down on paper…. Did you do it?? … I hope you did!!
In this video we are going to link all your personal and professional goals to specific people who can help you with that.
Basically it means, that you will start to recognize and identify specific individuals that will help you achieve your goals.
For every goal you have.. You begin to ask yourself. WHO?

|Section 3: SECTION 3 The Best (Right) Mentor. Who and Where?|
Who is the right person to mentor you? And where do you find him or her?
This section is all about that.
Many people asked me questions:
"Where do you find all the mentors? Where do you find those people?"
"How Do I Find Them?"
"How Do You I know he or she is the right one for me?"
In this lecture I would answer those questions.
So who should you contact?
Should you go for Richard Branson, Elon Musk, Bill Gates of Madonna?
The most famous and successful people ever?
I would suggest that you look first and foremost for somebody REALISTIC.
If you are just starting out, then it might be hard to meet them right away..
And I would like that you at least get meet somebody and have them as your mentor than nobody at all.
1 is better than 0.
Do you "click" with your mentor? It is important that you resonate with them. That you like their style. That you think you will be a good match. Because otherwise you wouldn’t like to learn from them. No matter how successful they are, because if you don’t like them, you don''t respect them, then connecting and learning from them will be quite difficult if not impossible.
So did you find someone you want to meet?
Or somebody you want as a mentor?
|Section 4: SECTION 4 Research the Person/Mentor|
This section will make you succesful when reaching out to important people!
There is a high chance that you might be aiming for somebody of high class. Somebody much more successful than you. So it could be a little intimidating. And if you are doing your research you might see all those achievements they have accomplished and you might get even more scared.
However, look it at from other way. The more you found about them, there might be more reasons to LIKE THEM…
Nothing can frustrates a successful person more then when somebody reaches out to them.. And haven’t done their homework.. They haven't read their website.. Or their books.. Or they don’t even know what the person they are contacting is doing…
You must do your homework. In this section you will learn how to arm yourself with great information, backed up by a great research.
Back in the days if you had to find information about somebody you had to go to libraries, to look into magazines… newspapers… Today we all have the information in our pockets.. On our phones.. On the internet.. Social media LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook…
So where do you start?
When you doing your research you want to have one question in your mind: "HOW CAN I BE HELPFUL TO THAT PERSON" because later we will connect through generosity…
The question that should be going in the background should be: "WHAT CAN I DO TO BE OF SERVICE"
Regardless of the area you’re looking to help someone in, you must understand their core motivation, as well as the structure of their
overall business. And think hard about what’s getting them out of bed in the morning For that you need to know the goals that are driving them.
So in this section, we covered where to find a mentor, who might be a good mentor for you, and how important is that you prepare when you are about to reach out to a mentor.
That you need to know who you want to reach out to..
And then go and research about them in a very specific fashion - by always asking HOW CAN YOU HELP THEM…
