So you're interested in creating a Facebook page! Congratulations. On this course I'll show you exactly how to do it. My name is James and I run a page on Pitbulls. This courses depicts how I went from nothing to 33k likes, with some particular posts exceeding the 1,5k likes and 500 shares.
One of the most important steps when it comes to creating a Facebook page is choosing a Niche or selecting a group of people that share a common interest. There are many ways you can check if the page you're now a few steps away from building will have an actual audience to click the Like button. Here's how I did it and how you can do it too.
Someone said, don't judge a book by its cover, but that's not entirely true when it comes to Facebook Pages. Choosing the right profile pic and cover image is not something that should be taken lightly. After all, they reflect the identity of your Page. If you're no designer, do not worry. If you know who your audience is, you'll know exactly how to chose a front that is compelling for them.
Just like a website, Fan Pages can include Tabs. Tabs are sections that you can personalize to increase the interaction with your audience. I'll show you exactly how to add new Tabs and all the features you can include in them to amke sure you make the most out of your page.
What's the main interaction source that a Fan Page has with it's Likers? Status Updates. Status updates are like blog entries which people can like, share or comment on. They drive the engagement with fans. Also, its the way you have to post your content. There are many things you can do with them, such as post pics and even schedule them to be posted ahead of time. Pay attention, cause there's a Quiz coming your way.
Finding a niche and defining a target audience is different from actually seeing the demographics of people interacting with the Page. The Facebook insights features gives you all the data you need to know about your Likers. Things, such as age, gender, location and time of interaction. All of this is useful data you can use to optimize your interaction with them.

Wow, we've talked a lot about how to create a solid Facebook Page with all the features, posting and insights we need to know.. but... what about the likes? There are free and paid ways to do this and in this video we cover both. I always suggest you invest, if possible, as little as $5 per day into growing your page, cause, you've got to spend money to make money, don't you? But if you're yet unsure of wanting to pull some cash from your pocket, stick to the free ways.
