Trust yourself and do more of what you want. Doing this doesn’t involve any effort whatsoever. Because the moment you “try” to trust yourself, you’re missing the point. Once you take the time to truly discover your deepest desires and what it is that you want most with your health, happiness, and well-being, then the actions that follow will harmoniously align with your wants. And if they don’t, you will notice it immediately. Something will feel off. There might be hesitation, uncertainty, or lack of confidence when you do or behave in a way that contradicts your desires. But, when you act congruently with what you want, life will become effortless and the results you desire will flow from within.
You have two training programs to choose from. One is focused on fat loss while also adding lean muscle and the other one is focused solely on building lean muscle. Keep in mind that this is your goal and not theirs. Your progress is not their responsibility. They are simply a person to have by your side as you take the necessary action to move forward.
