MCIPS Qualified Procurement Consultant

My name is Andy Machin. After a twenty year career in central government procurement I now operate as a procurement consultant to both the public and private sector.

I am fully qualified (MCIPS). My experience and track record is enviable. I have a huge amount of knowledge on all aspects of UK public sector procurement, European Procurement Regulations and local tendering arrangements.

During my career I was either the procurement lead or otherwise heavily
involved in a number of high profile contracts and framework agreements.

This included all aspects of the tednering process, stakeholder management, supplier management and more.

Additional information about myself and my experience can be viewed at the links underneath my photograph.
