4 Secs Inhale 8 Secs Exhale- Inhale at the Gong - 5 Breaths per Minute - 24 Breaths in one Cycle
5 Secs Inhale 10 Secs Exhale - Inhale at the Gong - 4 Breaths per Minutes - 21 Breaths in One Cycle.
5 Secs Inhale 10 Secs Exhale - Inhale at the Gong - 4 Breaths per Min- 21 Breaths/Cycle - Background Organs
Objective is to achieve one full cycle - 24 Breaths during the recording.
You have to sit with neck and spine in a straight line, use both nostrils for inhale and exhale, eyes closed.
You have to be still through out- no squirming, scratching, coughing or movement of any kind. This is a commitment you make to your self and you alone. This is considered innerwork.
Breathing effectively is important for longevity,.
Vasodilation is dilation of blood vessels
Hyperventilation is inhaling more than normal.
