Thee holistic recovery triad consists of DIET, SERVICE, and CANNABIS infused coconut oil. And this means, as you can probably surmise, that you will have to change your diet to a more plant based diet, you will have to embrace serving others effectively, and you must consume a version of cannabis / cbd oil on a daily basis to help co-create homeostasis within your body.

So, as you can see, we are jumping right in. This is a Self-Leadership Udemy Class (Part 1 of 8) that works in conjunction with a Self-Leadership Workbook based upon The Fields of Gomorrah; starring our psychotic superhero named Joe Gamore. And I am the author who was unfortunately named harry mohr...

What's that saying? No pain, no gain? Or is it; if you ain't walking on the edge, then you are taking up too much darn room! Either way, this class will be based upon my personal experiences which are perfectly extreme examples, from which to self-analyze.

Who is the target audience?
  • This is for everyone who wants to feel better.
  • This is for anyone who wishes to self-heal.
  • This is not for children.
  • This is (Part 1 of 8) in the Self-Leadership Series

Dean Ornish shares new research that shows how adopting healthy lifestyle habits can affect a person at a genetic level

For instance, he says, when you live healthier, eat better, exercise, and love more, your brain cells actually increase.

Ted Talk: Dr. Dean Ornish on Genes Aren't Your Fate

Thee holistic recovery triad consists of DIET, SERVICE, and CANNABIS OIL.

This is a self-leadership workbook based upon The Fields of Gomorrah by harold mohr. And I am harry mohr. I am also writing this WORKbook. Which means, I won't be writing much at all, and you will be doing the real work! HA HA! Sucks for you!

What's that saying? No pain, no gain? Or is it; if you ain't walking on the edge, then you are taking up too much darn room! Either way, this workbook will be based upon my personal experiences which are perfectly extreme examples, from which to self-analyze. But please remember that this is not a competition, for YOUR worst experience is equivalent to my worst experience. It is all relative.

And the higher purpose of this WORKbook is to help us ALL heal the space by helping each earthly citizen become a social justice soldier/guardian. And this will entail YOU doing a lot of self-analysis, while sharing your story so others can embrace their innate empathy. And this is all for the purpose of healing the space through our desire for open-reconciliation, self-forgiveness, and compassionate-confrontation.

Ok, so now let's introduce the five steps:

  1. I recognize that my core problems cause symptoms that are harmful to me and others.
  2. I recognize that there are greater forces at work than me, both seen and unseen.
  3. I am now asking for help, and seeking help with my courageous self-analysis.
  4. I will now make the effort for self-forgiveness through the method of open-reconciliation.
  5. I am now ready to begin giving back by effectively helping others, to help themselves,

As you can see, this five step program cannot be embraced without you first embracing the holistic recovery triad. And once you begin to realize the benefits of changing your diet, the benefits of embracing the primary method of effective kindness, and the benefits of ingesting a version cannabis oil on a daily basis; you will be more able to persevere through the fives steps of 'healing the space within'...

And yes, healing 'the space' is about you embracing the often painful process of self-actualization. For while I will manipulate you into believing you can heal the space between you and others, I am really cultivating you into embracing the process of ATTEMPTING to heal the space between you and others. For you will eventually understand (through the process) that the noble attempt to heal the space with others, will heal the space WITHIN YOU!

That's right. I am a dictator. With the emphasis on DICK. So now you gotta do the work and do as I say. But I am not a total dick, for I am also a cultivator (which means I also have a VAG). And as a cultivator, I will now provide you with the two main recipes for changing your diet to a more plant based diet, and for ingesting cannabis oil (on a daily basis) so as to co-create homeostasis within!

Childhood trauma isn't something you just get over as you grow up.

Pediatrician Nadine Burke Harris explains that the repeated stress of abuse, neglect and parents struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues has real, tangible effects on the development of the brain.

This unfolds across a lifetime, to the point where those who've experienced high levels of trauma are at triple the risk for heart disease and lung cancer.

*An impassioned plea for pediatric medicine to confront the prevention and treatment of trauma, head-on.

In this fiery and funny talk, New York Times food writer Mark Bittman weighs in on what's wrong with the way we eat now:

  1. - too much meat
  2. - too few plants
  3. - too much fast food
  4. - too little home cooking

And why it's putting the entire planet at risk...
Ted Talk: Mark Bittman on What's Wrong with Our Food?

So now you gotta make a vegan smoothie that takes into account: blood alkalinity, glycemic load, and homeostasis.

But first, please go buy a Ninja mixer and embrace the idea that you will be drinking these vegan smoothies all day, while eating a wholesome dinner at night

And don't forget to fast at least one day a week; just drink water all day, then have a light dinner...

The following is an idealized diet plan designed to help you understand your daily regimen of quality foods.

*And remember, non-organic foods can be poisonous to our health (and an overindulgence of most everything can also be poisonous to our health, so please pay attention to what your body is telling you).

A New Age Diet Plan:

1. Awaken to 16 oz Glass of Purified Lemon Water

2. Eat a handful of Organic Almonds, Cashews, or Pistachios

3. Sungaze into First/Last 22 minutes of Sunrise/Sunset

4. Drink Smoothie or eat a bowl of Organic Fruit and/or …

5. A bowl of 'Go Raw' Granola with Coconut-Almond-Hemp Milk

6. Catch Some Morning Sun Rays (between 9 and 11)

7. Drink a lot of Green Tea with Raw Organic Honey; 24/7

8. Drink Organic Fruit/Veggie/Herb Smoothies ALL DAY

9. Take Flora Probiotic Pill midday on Full Stomach

10. Drink Glass of George's Aloe Vera with Probiotic Pill

11. Catch Some Afternoon Sun Rays (between 3 and 5)

12. Have a Wholesome Dinner:

- No Dairy: organic butter ok
- Raw Organic Coconut Oil is Best
- Raw Organic Almond-Hemp Milk is Best
- No Gluten (no: beer, barley, bread, flour, wheat, rye)
- No Sugar/Corn Syrup: organic coconut-flower sugar ok
- Raw Organic Honey is Best
- Only Organic Pasture Raised Chicken & Turkey
- No White Rice: Lundberg Organic Brown Jasmine Rice
- No Farm Raised Fish & No Fish at Top of Food Chain
- Limit Organic Pasture Raised Beef & Pork to Once a Week

*stay away from all gmo franken-foods (especially corn and soy)...

Now it's time to make the smoothie. Please note that the tutorial video and the recipe list is designed to make enough smoothie for three days of eating, and enough food for 1-2 people (depending upon the appetite of the individuals).

This means a large powerful mixer is required. And I prefer the Ninja mixer because of it's reasonable price and because the mixer makes a whole food smoothie, rather than a liquified drink.

Ok, so you need a Ninja mixer with two pitchers to help mix and store your three day supply of raw vegan smoothie! Then you need a supply of money to go buy organic ingredients at Whole Foods (and on a weekly basis).

Finally, here is the list of idealized ingredients. Meaning, you can adjust quantities to fit your taste, and then add more veggies as you become more acclimated to this plant based diet (stay flexible and strong).

Raw Organic Vegan Fruit Smoothie Recipe
  1. Add to mixer one cup of organic raw almonds
  2. Add one cup of Go Raw live chocolate granola mix
  3. Add one to three tablespoon of organic raw cinnamon

Add Various Organic Fruits
- blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
- pomegranate, bananas, blackberries

Add Various Organic Veggies
- kale, spinach, broccoli
- cilantro, parsley, asparagus
- carrots, red beets, seaweed
- mushrooms, dandelion root, celery root
- turmeric, ginger, garlic
- curry leaves, peppermint leaves, basil leaves

Add Various Organic + Essential Fats
- Organic Avocado
- Raw Organic Cacao Butter
- Raw Organic Dark Chocolate
- Raw Organic Local Honey
- Organic Quality Pressed Juices
- Organic Coconut Almond Hemp Milk

Dr. Sanjay Gupta:

"Since our documentary Weed aired in August of 2013, I have continued to travel the world, investigating and asking tough questions about marijuana.

I have met with hundreds of patients, dozens of scientists and the curious majority who simply want a deeper understanding of this ancient plant. I have sat in labs and personally analyzed the molecules in marijuana that have such potential but are also a source of intense controversy.

I have seen those molecules turned into medicine that has quelled epilepsy in a child and pain in a grown adult. I've seen it help a woman at the peak of her life to overcome the ravages of multiple sclerosis.

I am more convinced than ever that it is irresponsible to not provide the best care we can, care that often may involve marijuana." - Gupta

WEED 1+2: A CNN Special Report by Sanjay Gupta

While investigating, I realized something else quite important. Medical marijuana is not new, and the medical community has been writing about it for a long time

There were in fact hundreds of journal articles, mostly documenting the benefits. Most of those papers, however, were written between the years 1840 and 1930. The papers described the use of medical marijuana to treat "neuralgia, convulsive disorders, emaciation," among other things.

A search through the U.S. National Library of Medicine this past year pulled up nearly 2,000 more recent papers. But the majority were research into the harm of marijuana, such as "Bad trip due to anticholinergic effect of cannabis," or "Cannabis induced pancreatitits" and "Marijuana use and risk of lung cancer."

In my quick running of the numbers, I calculated about 6% of the current U.S. marijuana studies investigate the benefits of medical marijuana. The rest are designed to investigate harm. That imbalance paints a highly distorted picture.

QUICK Gluten Free Cannabis Cookie Tutorial

Medical marijuana is legal in 20 states and the District of Columbia, but there are still use cases that are very controversial, like medical marijuana for children. Some claim it's a wonder drug for epilepsy, severe autism, and even to quell the harsh side effects of chemotherapy, while others decry pumping marijuana into still-growing bodies.

We went to the small town of Pendleton, Oregon, where medical marijuana is legal, to visit Mykayla Comstock, an eight-year-old leukemia patient who takes massive amounts of weed to treat her illness. Her family, and many people we met along the way, believe not only in the palliative aspects of the drug, but also in marijuana's curative effect—that pot can literally shrink tumors.

This incisive documentary examines the arguments and agendas of both those who support and those who oppose the legalization of marijuana.
