In this course you will learn four easy to use concepts that will assist you in creating a positive lasting impact on the areas of your life that you care about the most: relationships, career/work, self-expression, passionate living and beingness.

This is not your typical mindfulness course. I have spent the past 25+ years studying, practicing and mastering spirituality, mindfulness, and self-realization tools and techniques. I have taken my knowledge and experience and created an easy to use self-empowerment program to train you on cutting-edge life skills and self-awareness principles.

I like to think of this as active mindfulness. Instead of observing, you will be dissecting your thoughts, actions and behaviors and transmuting those energies which have kept you stuck and frustrated.
