Developed in ancient India thousands of years ago, Ayurveda is one of the world’s most sophisticated and powerful mind-body healing systems, offering timeless wisdom and practical tools for creating radiant health, daily balance, and expanded joy.
In this Discovering Ayurveda course, Deepak Chopra, M.D., F.A.C.P. a world-renowned pioneer in the field of mind-body medicine, will guide you in the foundations of Ayurveda and its personalized approach to vibrant health and well-being.
