Neil is a Master Practitioner Consultant of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a Certified StrengthFinders Trainer. Neil uses these instruments to help groups understand one another and create a culture of open communication, engagment, and teamwork.
Neil's academic background includes a B.A. in Psychology, a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Counseling.
