You will be rating each section on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being that you are not at all satisfied with this area and a 10 being that you are completely satisfied with this area). Please begin with one of the sections and rate your satisfaction with that area of your life. If you are feeling like it is fantastic, rate it higher. If it is a challenging area (we all have those), you can rate it lower.

The objective is not to get all 9's or 10's. It is to gain a quick perspective about your life's satisfaction in these areas of your life.

Reminders:

Nobody has to see this but you, so try to answer as honestly as possible.

Filling our the Wheel of Life can be done weekly during the beginning of your practice. This will help you identify (quickly and painlessly) where you are in each area of your life.

At the end of the exercise, try not to judge your ratings. Instead, try to find a compassionate and proactive way to change one of the areas during the following week. You can fill in the Action Items on the second sheet to help you. You can post this in an area that you can see each day and make these items part of your 45 minutes of de-stressing.

I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and have training in mindfulness, Reiki, Parent Education, and Life Coaching. I was a therapist for 6 years, a business owner for 8 years, Group Leader for Parent Education for 6 years, and a Claim Your Life Consultant and Reiki Master. In each role, I have helped clients find better paths to living and discover better solutions for challenges in their lives. I believe awareness is the first step. I believe daily practice is essential. I believe being willing to try new things is necessary. I believe in building a meditation/mindfulness practice. I have an active mind and body and it can be difficult for me to slow down. I have experimented with and tried many types of meditations. I absolutely believe anyone can do, but you HAVE to find the type of meditation that works for your personality and style. I have meditated for over 10 years.

I have researched and taken coursework including tens of thousands of hours of research into happiness, consciousness, self-growth, and psychology. I began my practice over 20 years ago.
