The Daily Life Planner Program was created as a tool to help you order your disorder.

To give you some history, I started out as a University drop-out working in a 9-5 job completely unsure of what my purpose and mission here on earth was meant to be...To in the space of 12months writing and self-publishing two separate books, that created two separate income streams.

One of the major keys that has helped me on this journey was taking all the chaos and the 100 of thoughts and ideas going on in my mind and getting them down on the page in an orderly fashion. With tasks, actions, and steps that I can implement.

The Daily Life Planner Program includes 18 different sheets and forms you can download and start implementing into your life straight away.

You have 'Today's List' which is a to-do list like no other to-do list. You have the 'Meal Planner', 'The 7 Areas of Life Empowerment Self Evaluation' forms, 'Self-discovery Questionnaires' and many more.

Along with the forms, you also have 12 different Affirmation Wallpapers that are exclusive to the Daily Life Planner Program.

So if you are at the start of the journey like I was and you are completely unsure of what your mission or goal here on earth is, or if you have already started your journey and you are looking for that extra piece of the puzzle... I highly recommend you look into the Daily Life Planner and start ordering your disorder.

I recommend you start with the Self-Discovery form before any others because it is vitally important you work out who you are and what you love most before moving on to any other form.

Feel free to work on the 7 Areas of Life Evaluation forms in your own order and at your own pace.

Do whichever area of life stands out to you most first. That will give you a clear indication of what areas of life you radiate towards more than others.

After filling out all of the forms you can move on to the 7 Areas of Life Overview form.

The overview form has been designed, so at one glance, you know where you are strong in life and where you may need to improve... including space for you to write down the action steps you need to take.

Reminder: It's important you fill out the Self-Discovery Questionnaire and the 7 Areas of Life Evaluation forms before you do your Mission Statement. It's best to know exactly where you are in life and what’s important to you, before you try and write a Mission Statement.

For a Mission Statement to work and have an impact in your life it needs to have a solid foundation.

When we show up to the present moment with all of our senses, we invite the world to fill us with joy. The pains of the past are behind us. The future has yet to unfold. But the now is full of beauty simply waiting for our attention.

You need to work out who you going to 'be'...

What you going to 'do' to be that person...

And what you want to 'have' for the things that you are doing and the person that you are being.

Use this form as a declaration to yourself moving forward.

Ensure this Gratitude form is easily accessible at all times, ready to write down new gratitudes as they arise.

Along with including a little gratitude box on your daily to-do list, I felt it was important to give you a whole entire form dedicated to your gratitudes. Everything comes down to love and gratitude and when you take the time to sit down, get present and be grateful, you are radiating on a much higher frequency than ingratitude.

Gratitude List

This form is for you to take note and reflect on all the resources you have been using to enhance your growth on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Every single day try to find ways to add to your growth and education, because as the top of the form says, "When you’re green, you’re growing. When you're ripe, you rot."

Education and Book List

Welcome to the Idea's section of the Daily Life Planner program, this section includes two forms.

Form 1 is a dedicated space for your ideas

This form is a dedicated space for you to write down any ideas that come into your mind. This is where you can run free and run wild with any ideas that you desire. Make sure it’s easy for you to grab and write on when ideas come up.

Form 2 takes your ideas to the next level

Form 2 is where you get to expand on those original ideas from Form 1 and start making them happen.

Ideas Forms

The Goal Setting section of the Daily Life Planner includes two forms.

Goal Setting Form 1

Similar to when you did your Mission Statement, Form 1 asks you to break your goal up into 3 parts, "be, do and have".

Goal Setting Form 2

Form 2 is where you break any infatuation you have with the goal. No goal has only one side. Every single goal has both benefits and drawbacks. When you are aware of both sides, you are setting yourself up for success in that goal.

Goal Setting

This is my favourite form in the Daily Life Planner Program. I use this form every single day! - Robyn Louise

Today's List

It only takes 10-15 minutes to fill out and it will help you start your day from a place of order rather than dread and chaos.

Today's List

I incorporated the Meal Planner in the program because I am dedicated to teaching people how to fuel their bodies correctly.

So, it was important to include a tool that you can use to create order on a weekly basis for what is going into your body.  If you are struggling to find recipes to fill out this form you can always go to my websitemy blog or my YouTube channel. There you will find an abundance of different recipes from my cookbook Whole Hearted Eating

Meal Planner

Here you have 12 different monthly Affirmation Wallpapers, these are exclusive to the Daily Life Planner, so only you have access to them.

I don’t know about you but I am constantly on my phone all day every day. So for me having an Affirmation Wallpaper is just another way for my brain to pick up that affirmation and reaffirm it into my mind every single day.

Change one a month or use them throughout the year as you so desire.
