This course is designed for those people who are feeling stressed, who have lost hope, or for those who are looking for direction and a way to bring stability and focus into their lives. I have found in my Reiki practice people leave my treatment table with such a sense of peace that they function better in their day. Through this course students will learn why a foundation of peace will help them feel more confident and bring clarity to their thoughts no matter what they are struggling with. They will learn how to build that foundation of peace and the daily practices needed to stay in touch with their inner peace. 

In this course we talk about a number of topics including:

  • Spiritual Practice and where God fits in
  • Thoughts as a reflection of your world
  • Vision to put your thoughts into action
  • Belief, Faith, and what it means to tune in
  • Duty or Work as a calling and what that means

In between the course topics students are given a self-help practice that they can do on their own. They lead students toward expanding their awareness through personal experiences. The idea is that the practices become life long habits rather than just an exercise for a month or two.

The underlying theme for this course is Consistency partnered with Progress, Not Perfection. This is a beginner level course for everyone who wishes to create long lasting life changes.

Reiki Teacher and Practitoner

Jacqueline Ramsey, who happily answers to Jacquie, became a Reiki practitioner in 2003 following a cycling accident. Since then she has become a Reiki teacher and co-organizer of the Mid-Atlantic Reiki Conference in Maryland, USA and in Toronto, Canada.

Since leaving her native country of Jamaica in 2009, and now being married to a Canadian Forces Member it has been difficult with all the moving to settle down and have a regular practice. So Jacquie works wherever she lands in whatever way opens to her. She gave Reiki treatments at the Military Family Resource Center spa days in Cold Lake, Alberta. While living in Virginia she had the opportunity to work in a program out of the Fort Belvoir Army Hospital giving Reiki to wounded veterans. She was also invited with a group to give Reiki to shooting survivors at the Washington Navy Shipyard.

Jacquie has written two books, How to Ease Pain & Transcending Pain, and articles for Air Force Magazine and Reiki News Magazine. She also created a workshop called Cultivating Inner Peace. 

With the constant moving within the military life Jacquie has moved her coaching and Reiki healing online to help with client continuity.
