Adding to this accomplishment, Ms. Pendleton has worked with several lenders, Realtors, and bankers to help buyer real estate clients increase their credit scores, as well, allowing them to be in a much better position to qualify for a home loan.

Presently, Ms. Pendleton lends her talents to working as a managing real estate broker where she primarily serves buyers in their desire to obtain homeownership. Prior to working in the real estate industry, she worked as a self-employed budget advisor assisting clients with budgeting their finances. Recently, Ms. Pendleton wrote a 7-step credit restoration guide to assist her real estate clients with budgeting and restoring their credit profile.

In her free time, Ms. Pendleton enjoys contributing to her community by participating in community activities and programs as well as church activities for the community.

In her relaxing moments, she enjoys listening to soothing music such as contemporary classical music, as well as uplifting music including gospel, pop, R&B, and jazz.
