Welcome to creating your next chapter. I am passionate about helping my clients to create and design their week on their own terms.
Often in our busy lives, we don't have time to stop and reflect. This course is a step by step guide to help you navigate the next six months. I want to show you that you don't have to wait for the perfect time, you can start taking action now.
The course content is delivered in videos, pdf, audio exercises which can be worked through at your own pace.
You may want to start a business, change direction or create something different, I will show you how to break down the process.
At the end of this course, you have clarity, a new found focus and most importantly an action plan to follow.
Welcome! I am thrilled you have joined me and I can't wait to hear what you would like to create.
This course is designed for you to go at your own pace, to take your time and plan your next chapter on your terms.
I would love to hear about your progress, please contact me at www.bereadycoaching.com
Wishing you every success,
Establishing where you are now is a great starting point. This is your opportunity to consider what is working, what isn't so you can make the appropriate tweaks and changes.
Time to dig in and see what is happening now....
More delving...keep going
The key is creating a great action plan is to be detailed and specific. When you create your initial list, always work on a 'less is more' basis. It is better to create less actions and complete them, rather than overwhelm yourself with a huge list that weighs heavy.
Sometimes we can be vague in what we ask for and fall into a 'just waiting to see what happens' category. I would like you to be more strategic. This process may be a challenge for you- shouldn't we just be grateful for what we have? The answer is yes, but becoming strategic can highly influence our next chapter and ensure we are putting our time and efforts into the projects and people that are going to help create our ideal week.
Now for the fun stuff, what would you like?
Print the PDF and start scribbling. Write down the first thoughts that come to mind. Don't edit or aim for perfection, simply keep writing.
Take you time with this audio. Keep pausing as and when you need to so you can get clear on the detail. Be ready for a few surprises along the way...
Sometimes 'life plan' can be way too scary! So for the purposes for this course, I would like you to simply focus on the next 6 months. This is your plan and I want you to design it on your terms. The six months ahead for you may be the completion of a project or simply starting to put the wheels in motion for a different kind of lifestyle. There is no right or wrong, your goals are completely individual.
This ten step plan will guide to really cement your ideas and hopes for the next six months
This template can be used when clarity is needed. Simply add your word or phrase of choice and write down all possibilities and options. Don't feel restricted, simply map out your ideas, you can always choose later.
No matter what your starting point is, you are bringing your experience, knowledge and skills along with you, whether they are related or not. We all have transferable talents and have fought adversity- sometimes we just forget. This chapter is about identifying what or who had helped previously so these past successes can be incorporated into the future plan.
Take this exercise with care as some 'forgotten about' old stories or relationships may enter back into your head. Try to focus on the actions you took and the process you followed.
Building on where you are now and what you have achieved in the past can be a huge confidence boost. We may actually be further than we think.
Establishing what or who helps us to succeed can help us click into our zone of genius very quickly. Often we can get stuck in our heads where the doubts and questions occur, however tapping into the past will click you into action.
To get what we want, we have to create space and be willing to shake things up a little.
Sometimes stories and unconscious actions or behaviours can keep us locked in where we are. Here is the shake up you may have been waiting for...
Saying no more frequently, released old obstacles and moving forward is all part of the process. You may feel some resistance, however keeping trusting the process and move slowly.
Fully acknowledge your old habits, behaviours, patterns and mind chatter. Don't shy away, write down everything and then make a decision that you can choose again and take another direction.
Creating options is all about possibilities... what could you do? What might be the next step for you? Which solutions would you like to explore? In order to reach our solution, brainstorming and option generating can be really enjoyable and also open up unfamiliar possibilities.
Challenge yourself to consider alternatives. Enjoy the process and let your imagination and optimism take charge
So you have established what you want, now to create a plan to make it happen. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day as the song goes, so concentrate on breaking down the process into manageable steps and completing one action at a time.
This section is all about the plan and creating your to do list. If a topic or goal feels too big, break it down into manageable tasks. Write down every single part, although you may seem to create a long list of to dos, having a clear part to follow will speed up your process.
This printable is for you to complete at the beginning of every month.
In planning month two, don't forget to consider what happened in month one
You may want to get going immediately, however by putting in this ground work at the beginning, you will ultimately make more progress.
With all the printable, feel free to add your own questions and findings, if they are not covered.
You may be finding a pattern now- times in the day when you work best or particular strategies that resonate with you. Trust these findings and notice what you notice.
This process is great to begin every month. Creating a plan will always serve you well, you will have a reference and starting point to come back to and the plan can be tweaked as you progress.
This is for you to complete weekly. Sometimes monthly goals can seem so huge that we don't take action or we feel like we have plenty of time...leaving everything to the last minute. This will help to spread out the process and keep you focused on a weekly basis
Some of my favourites to inspire you further. Enjoy!
I am a coach (founder of Be Ready Coaching), actress, author and full time creative. I am passionate about helping others to design their own version of success on their terms. When I work with clients, I regularly hear similar stories; 'I know what I want, but I don't know how to begin' 'I feel overwhelmed by the process, I have too many options so I am not making the progress I want' or 'I need a check list and action plan to follow to keep me on track and accountable'.
As a coach, I work very practically, I use my coaching strategies to help the client to take baby steps to move forward. I always approach and create the action plan with the client and tailor the programme to their lifestyle.
My courses are created so you can put yourself back in the driver's seat. You can work at your own pace and have a step by step guide to follow. Not only will you gain clarity on how to move forward, you will uncover what or who is not conducive to your future goal so you can accelerate your progress.
