This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Your team needs direction even when the forecast keeps changing. Waiting for certainty leaves important decisions unmade and good people unsure whether to stay. Here are 215 tools to lead anyway: 150 ready-to-use checklists, question lists, templates and procedures, 58 models and methods, 5 services shown on screen and 2 working files.
Open a lecture, take the checklist, and use it with your team this week.
Why teams freeze in uncertainty
Leaders wait for clarity before deciding, people fill the silence with rumours, the best ones start looking elsewhere, and HR cuts costs in ways that destroy trust. Every new change arrives before the last one is absorbed.
What changes after this course
You decide with what you know and record why, agree priorities with the team, lead people through change, protect wellbeing, manage people risk and run HR on a tight budget without losing the people you need.
What is inside: 215 tools, counted lecture by lecture
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Leading in uncertainty (2 sections, 13 tools). Decisions, trust, priorities and agreements.
Change and resilience (2 sections, 75 tools). Leading people through change, wellbeing and team resilience.
People risk (1 section, 63 tools). Decisions, accountability and risk management.
Anti-crisis HR (4 sections, 70 tools). Recruitment, zero-budget pay and benefits, performance, downsizing and emergency response.
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
In 2009 I joined Marcom, an importer and distributor that sold to supermarkets and restaurants on deferred payment. When the crisis hit, clients loaded with dollar loans stopped paying. Base salaries were minimal and paid on time, but the significant variable part was paid only when clients paid us, and as HR I had to hire people on those terms.
How to use the course
Start with leading in uncertainty, then use the change, resilience, people risk and anti-crisis HR sections. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
