Meditation is super easy to learn and put into practice with the correct guidance from an experienced teacher.  On completion of this short course of instruction, consisting of just three daily 45 minute sessions, you will be fully self sufficient and confident to meditate twice a day forever more, without the need for recordings, apps or any kind of technology.   Zenergie Meditation is a totally natural, effortless and thoroughly enjoyable meditation technique to relieve stress and tension and cultivate a profound sense of well-being.

This is the exact same course structure I teach my 1-1 and small group students but in a cost effective and easy to access audio format.

You will also learn about the history of meditation, the neuroscience and benefits, how meditation cultivates mindfulness and a heightened sense of awareness, as well as how to incorporate the Zenergie Meditation technique as a non negotiable daily wellness practice and how to deal with distractions and any other concerns a newbie meditation practitioner might experience.

As an added extra you will also learn an empowering breathing technique you can use anytime as an "in the moment" calming, confidence boost.
