Common thinking suggests that questions provide an answer to something we have asked. But it is not always this easy.
So in this video we will look at the 7 main things that questions can do - both positive and negative.
Asking questions is something we do from being small - but why?
There are a whole hosts of reasons (12 in all) that explain why we ask questions, In this video we will explore these as well as introducing the elements of active listening and body language.
