My background is leading software development teams. I currently manage a team of 16 Data Engineers, and am experienced with leading technical teams of 25+ people.
I have previously been a VP of Operations, Director of Software Development, Manager of DevOps, PMO Manager, and Project Manager.
I am Prosci, CSPO, and CSM certified.
I’m an ambitious and results-focused HR leader passionate about growth in companies, starting with people. My experience has given me a broad HR perspective in a variety of environments, from Fortune 50 to start-ups.
