Here, we learn to align ourselves with our authentic self on this journey (our own Soul).

I realize saying things like "inner child" may sound soft, or "woo woo" or silly, but please remember, that our inner child is actually the ESSANCE of who we ACTUALLY are. He/she/they is the KEY to finding our :

Our inner child is so incredibly wise and helps guide us toward our authentic self when we are lost. This aspect of ourself helps us to surrender to the curiosities of the world, imagine bigger and better things for ourselves and love unconditionally
Resonance Means: What we vibe with or what "hits home"
i.e. I resonate with the classic rock music. I don't resonate with Modern Jazz (Resonance is extremally personal and what makes us our unique amazing and authentic self)
We want to start being more and more mindful of what we resonate with and what just doesn't vibe with us anymore (at our core )

Welcome to your personal assessment!
Here we will take the opportunity to be honest with ourselves and take a good look around and see what is and isn't doing us any good. This part can be easy or extremely challenging.
Somethings are more obvious than others. Remember, just do baby steps at first, we will have more energy after level 2.
Our energy isn't optimized just yet so simply write things down. We don't have to take action just yet. As we gain energy and clarity after our juice cleanse or wholefood detox, we will gain momentum in all of our pursuits.
Have compassion for yourself, don't judge yourself or your situation. Just calmly sift through what works and what doesn't work for you at this point in your life. The Bolder we are in our decisions, the more we will feel lighter and empowered at the end of this!
Journal Prompts:
1. DIET: What should I refrain from or adopt more of into my diet to feel better? After my cleanse and beyond
2. SOCIAL: What friends or family members should I start to build stronger boundaries with or bring closer in my corner?
3. ENVIRONMENT: What can I clean out or purge? (Closets, bathroom, under the bed, garage etc.)
4. SELF-CARE: How can I start taking better care of myself? (hair, skin, regimen, body massage, morning routine, floss more, prepare more meals for myself, new clothes, new linens or skin care products etc. Sometimes we forget to be more selfish with these things but they are so important.
Our Boundaries are so important when creating your own sacred space.
This is where we can begin creating our own reality (elevated paradigm), begin creating our desired manifestations, build strength of intuition, practicing strong discernment / best judgement, raising our vibration, self-care, self-love, personal fulfilment, mindfulness & spiritual growth

Its your decision if you would like to implement these tips before or after your cleanse / reboot.
I've added them now incase folks would like to start now. This is entirely up to you. After your cleanse you will have ALOT MORE ENERGY so you may have an easier time creating a routine after your detox. Just HAVE FUN as much as Possible with this!
EXAMPLE:
1. Make bed
2. Brush Teeth / wash face
3. Turn on Solfeggio or easy happy morning music
4. Pour a glass of lemon water - morning beverage
5. Stretch the body 5- 15 min
6. Get movement into the body for additional 20 - 45 min (walk, swim, yoga, jog)
7. Set intention for the day - Feel gratitude, project positive intention, journal
*It is extremely powerful to carve out an hour (or two if possible) for just yourself each morning.
Easier said than done, I realize, just do your best with what you have.
Waking up earlier might be difficult at first, but you will thank your past self later for challenging yourself to it. Time to yourself and your own thoughts, feelings and reflections are priceless.
2. Journal, Diary or Vlog often
Not only are you documenting and highlighting the big and small victories of your journey, journaling is also a wonderful tool for processing emotions and making your thoughts real.
These processes are invaluable during a transformation.
Going back to see what you said about your life is a great way to take notice of your own growth, or to see what you have manifested for yourself.
Congratulate yourself and see where you may still hold patterns that no longer suit your lifestyle. Patterns that may have sabotaged you in the past.
3. Organize and Declutter (the big and small)
Example: write down passwords / log-in info or anything that is cluttering your subconscious mind.
Purge and organize closets, garage, under your bed, cupboards etc.

What is occurring in our physical body and in our mind, is a reflection of our reality and life experience.
Give it a try, you'll be amazed at this philosophy.
When our mind is a bit chaotic and we go into mind loops, I recommend de-cluttering (accompanied with some good music) your physical environment and see how the mind will soothe itself and you will feel relieved.
4. Curate your surroundings (Sights, smells, sounds, etc)
Take a look around your space. Add accent colors, candles, posters, plants, etc to liven up your space with colors or smells that soothe your mind, body and soul.
Always have music playing in the background that has positive influence. Pay attention to frequency, Hz, tempo, etc.
Is it happy and harmonious? Look into Solfeggio music, binaural beats, classical music or simply happy/ upbeat encouraging music that speaks to you or your Playful self.
5. Become a Student
Live, breath and submerge yourself all day, every day (whenever possible) into the world of consciousness, Law of Attraction, inspiration, transformation, personal growth, abundance, manifesting, Spiritual perspectives, Yogic Sciences or Quantum Physics
Seek out any new philosophies or studies you haven't entertained before that make you feel fascinated or inspired.
Entertain new ideals that resonate with you, yet you never gave the chance to truly explore with an open mind
Embody Rocky, Karate Kid or Froto energy! Or the energy of a WARRIOR! You got this!! ?
Begin to observe: your thoughts, behaviors and triggers. Document them.
You are the Scientist and the Specimen ??
RESPOND VS REACT! As we detoxify, we can get a little more emotional than usual. This is a GOOD THING!
You'll understand more as we move along. The important thing now is to keep doing your best and keep moving forward
Keep setting those boundaries with people, places and things and keep moving forward.
You are strong; you are magnificent and are winning at this!

Everyone has 7 Main Chakras (Energy Centers). The reason its important to learn to work with them (either on your own or with a Reiki Practitioner) is because they govern very important aspects of ourselves. Everything from how we FEEL to how we OPERATE down to what we ATTRACT and what we REPEL!
***Even down to the cells, tissues and organs of our body.
When we learn more about how to work with the energy (Chi, Prana, Universal Life force) we can move or clear the energy to benefit us rather than potentially sabotage us.
Physical AND Emotional Traumas are stored within our energy centers. This of course would also translate to our Central Nervous System. Everything has a ripple effect. If we pay attention to these important centers of ourselves we will begin to feel more and more relief in several areas of our life.
REIKI IS SO UNDER-RATED. Look into working with a practitioner or learn to work with your energies all by yourself in the comfort of your home. Lots of tools available on YouTube. I shared a couple of articles and links below.

Programs are essentially implanted thoughts which may turn to beliefs. We can implant and reinforce our own, but what happens more often is that our culture does the implanting for us since programming begins the moment we are born.
Later in life this can be dangerous for us because a lot of it happens on a subconscious level and it dictates our behavior which then dictates our REALITY!
Examples of Sources that program us:
1. Parents, Family, Tradition
2. Schools, Teachers, Classmates
3. Television, Mainstream Media, Advertisements
4. Social Media
5. Churches
6. Corporate Culture, Colleagues, Bosses
7. Hollywood
8. Big Pharma
9. Friends or Partners
10. Government and Politicians
In this video, I go over my personal perception but there are SO MANY WAYS to look at what programming is and you can develop you own understanding.
I've included two Legendary Teachers in the External Resources Bob Proctor and Joe Dispenza who go deeper in the explanation and uncover ways for you to work with your core programming. In the next module, I've also included "The Four Agreements" A wonderful book about Programming.
Now we will start focusing on integrating new ideas, philosophies, agreements, beliefs and programs that better suit ourselves.
This is a practice, it isn't something that happens over night.
Some examples:
1. Returning a text message or email within seconds or minutes of seeing it (knee-jerk reaction rather than responding after contemplation and being present with the inquiry)
2. Expecting people to behave a certain way. i.e. attend an event, pay for something, offer to assist you with something, (That is co-dependency and also a form of control) Instead, know that you only have control of yourself and your own happiness and stability. Expecting someone to fill in any gaps in any way is only setting yourself up for disappointment
3. Telling yourself you can't do something or aren't worthy of something.
"I'm too old, too young, not enough...etc" (Replace with "why not give it a try if I desire to?"
4. I always say yes to my...(Mom, Dad, Boss, Sibling, Significant other, kids...)
(try saying "I'd love to, but I am working on my...(Project, book, meditation, nap, fitness, self care)
Invite in new:
hobbies, interests, reading materials, podcasts, music, activities, projects, desires, time to imagine, teachers, gurus, modalities, rituals, routines, self-care practices, exercises, cooking styles, eating habits, supplements, community, gadgets, invest in yourself.
I always get a bit carried away and way too excited about signs and synchs, so I left it to other respected teachers and professionals to describe it.
