Material in this course is based on the yogic criteria for health and the Eight Limb Path of Yoga found in the classical text, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. It is comprised of written lessons, guided yoga movement and meditations, breathwork, self-reflection questions, and homework to take the practice into daily life.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed. The coursework is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Anyone who feels challenged by the chaotic nature of daily life and who would like to develop strategies for greater health and wellbeing will benefit from the teachings offered.

Jennie Lee is a certified yoga therapist and spiritual coach who has spent two decades counseling people in the healing tradition of classical yoga meditation.
