Hello! I’m Giuseppina, more than your teacher I would like you to see me as a friend that will take you on a wonderful journey of discovery, just like it happened to me.
Let me tell you a little bit more of how I became a yoga teacher:
I discovered yoga by coincidence...in 2006 I decided to volunteer at a yoga event and with my great surprise, being somewhat of a yoga-sceptic person, I found myself practicing 3 consecutive hours and my journey started!
So I found myself embarking on a yoga holiday and feeling the beneficial changes so much I had to continue exploring, and off I went to India, the motherland of yoga, where I trained as a hatha yoga teacher in a traditional ashram.
Here I started facing lots of doubts and fears and I started feeling that there was more to life that I had seen… the seed was planted!
Surely enough I continued my exploration and it’s useless to list all the courses I’ve done since each one of us will find its own way (but you can read it below if you really want ;-), all I can tell you is this has been an amazing and challenging journey that makes me appreciate life more and more each day.
A journey that gives me purpose and a journey I would love to share with you.
Yoga really changed my life so if you are curious, feel that there is more to life than this or simply want to explore, join me in this adventure. Namaste!
I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone and can help you unravel and flourish.
I have practised many different styles including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Acro and Sivananda. I have travelled to India in 2007 where I graduated as a Hatha yoga teacher and I have been teaching since then.
I'm constantly training myself because yoga is my passion.
In 2009 I have been back to my beloved ashram in India for an advanced 300h course and I have also started specializing in yoga for pregnancy and postnatal and then studied with RainbowKids to teach yoga to Kids and Families. Yoga can be an amazing experience for the whole family.
I've also trained with AcroYoga both in Thailand and UK and in 2015 I’ve been back to India for another 300 hours Vinyasa flow Teacher Training Diploma. Never stop learning!
MY-YOGA combines various yoga styles in an eclectic mix that stimulates all your senses: in my classes I use music, essential oils, sacred instruments (such as the Tibetan bowl) and all that will give you a fuller experience of what yoga can do for you.
