    This is an online, self-paced course to help you move beyond the beginner stage and into a state of complete confidence when practicing yoga, whether in a group class or at home.

    My recommendation to soak up this course successfully – go through the whole thing once, even if you feel you did not really grasp it – then start over and dive deeper into each of the lessons.

    Step 1: Go through the each of the lessons, engage in the discussions, and take the quizzes.

    Step 2: Practice the 30-minute power yoga class at the end.

Move beyond the beginner stage, expand your knowledge and attend any yoga class safely and with confidence.

This course was designed to eliminate confusion and provide you with the knowledge and confidence you need to practice yoga in any setting, whether in a class or at home.


This course will teach you
