
The class is built around basic standing yoga poses but you also will be practicing balance poses as well as easy invertions and relaxing sitting stretches. The class includes a short breathwork practice.
Props: you will need 1 yoga block (or a big book) and possibly a yoga belt.

In this class you will work on your core muscles, standing poses to open your chest and hips, gently ending your invigorating practice with relaxing poses while lying on the floor. Enjoy!
Props: you may need 2 blocks.
In this practice we will work on strengthening your abdominal muscles to improve your forward folds. We will learn a few stretches for happy hips ending with a basic invertion pose and nice savasana (relaxation pose). We are going to start with active warmup moving to long and profound stretches.
Props: you will definitely need a yoga strap and 2 bricks.

You can also repeat the same class during the week and then move on to the next practice.
