Description
This course was specifically designed for the complete beginners in yoga to prevent you from injuries, feel yourself comfortable without pushing you too hard and overstretching the muscles.
Course consists of 5 lessons:
1. Basics of yoga for the beginners
2. Morning yoga for flexibility
3. Energising yoga
4. Yoga for Grounding
5. Relaxing yoga
Classes are perfectly suitable for people who want to tone up an entire body, improve general mobility, strenght, people who have a lower back issues, seniors, postpartum women.
5 lessons are short in time ( 15-20 minutes) and you dont need any props for them, so you can do yoga wherever and whenever you can!
As time shows online classes can be beneficial as real ones. I have a belief that there is no right or wrong way to practice yoga. Every person has born with a natural ability of a balance between strenght and flexibility physically, mentally and spiritually.
My goal as a teacher is to be a guide to that amazing journey of reopening the strenght and inner peace in everyone.
I studied yoga in Rishikesh in India so I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help a student practice of yoga. If you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle it will be an honour for me to start this way with you!

My name is Yevheniia or Evy (for all of my students) I am a certified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. My biggest passions in life are travelling and yoga. I teach yoga online and as time shows online classes can be beneficial as a real ones. I have a belief that there is no right or wrong way to practice yoga. During my classes students re-open balance, strength, flexibility, joy and peace in a safe way.
