Description

Yoga is a powerful tool to manage and heal both the symptoms and causes of chronic or acute pain and stress.  Unlike regular yoga classes, where you need a mat, special clothing, a yoga room or studio, and an hour of your day, this course provides you with simple, yet effective yoga techniques that you can do right at your desk, in just 3 minutes!

Each video is 3 minutes or less and works to instantly bring you into the present and offer you a practical method to address a specific need.  Back pain? We've got you covered. Breathing exercises? No problem.  Need a wrist stretch? Yep, we got those too.  You'll be amazed at how yoga can work on the micro-level, and how good even just a few coordinated breaths can make you feel.  Try one for instant relief, or try several for an even deeper, relaxing experience.

This yoga course is so effective it can work for anyone, instantly.  It's meant for those new to yoga, no experience required.  Too busy or nervous (and rightly so) to make it to a studio?  No problem.  Always curious about yoga but thought you were'nt flexible enough?  Well, no such thing with our program.  Thought yoga was just for weird hippies that chant and sing hoopla with incense?  Not this time.  Yoga does not have to be hard, weird, or inaccessible.  At its best it's actually none of these things! It should be simple, effective, and accessible, and that's why we made this course.  While yoga is the primary methodology at work here, these exercises also incorporate elements physical therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, and functional movement.  The result is practical healing for the practical human being.

Regardless of how you use this course, I can assure you, every time you practice one of our video exercises, you are healing, restoring balance to both your body and your mind, and expelling undue pressure and stress that accumulates over time.  Start today and start feeling better right away.
