Usually people have a lot of concerns and fears about their physical state and are afraid to make a first step. Some people have doubts what style they would like and what will work for them to solve their problems.
In this course, I am going to introduce you a way to start your practice and make it your everyday routine. It is so easy that you will be so proud about yourself and you will like it from the first day. It is absolutely for everyone who can move with arms and legs. For any gender, any age, any physical state. Of cause depends on how stiff you are, some positions and exercises can be challenging in the beginning, but who said that life is easy? Try your best, and in 3 weeks you will already see the results!
The course has 6 topics that describe the basic fundamentals of yoga and the most common issues of our everyday lifestyle. They are:
1. Breath – first step to practice yoga
2. Cleansing & detoxification
3. Chakras & energy structure
4. Heal yourself through yoga
5. Yoga for really good night’s sleep
6. Start your day with yoga
To experience every topic take from 2 to 4 days. If you feel that you need more time, repeat kriyas and meditations from the previouse topics during you start learning next ones.
Every topic starts with some theory. As it’s always difficult to listen to someone and keep concentration for a long time; as it’s very important that you can easily come back to content and remind yourself about some basics; as not everyone has perfect English and needs you look for some words to understand everything correctly; I have decided to make it easy and write all the basic theory and explanations in handouts, so you can use them through all your studying and afterwards without watching me again and again.
The first part of every topic will give you a general understanding about different points for what you can use yoga in your common life.
After that, we will move to the practice! Experience – is the best way to understand yoga. Everyone will receive his own experience, and I will expect that you would like to share it. If you have any questions, you can ask them as well.
Inside each topic, we will have different types of practice. It can be a few exercises that I would like to recommend you for your everyday practice in terms of particular topic; it can be sequence of breathing exercises; it can be sequences of dynamic exercises; or static meditation.
Before practicing, I would recommend you to open handouts and read explanations about sequence or meditation that we are going to do. For every exercise, there can be a range recommended time to practice. You can choose how long you are ready to do it. The video content was created to show you an example and to explain some useful tips that can help you in your practice. That is why all exercises on video recordings are practiced for a minimum recommended time. Once you become more confident and experienced, you can practice same movements for longer time by yourself.
After you complete whole program, it is good if you choose one sequence and meditation and practice them during 40 days every day. Why 40 days? You will know it very soon!
