Dakota encourages you to find a quiet place to practice this gentle flow, free from distractions and interruptions. If you notice during the yoga practice that your mind starts to wander about overthinking something or stress, just gently bring your mind back to the sound of the soft music in the background.
Explore traditional yoga poses with variations (deeper stretch) and modifications (not going to deep into the pose, use of props to help) offered to help support your own unique home practice.
