This Yoga Basics - Gentle & Easy 21-Day Practice course aims to help students start practice and develop own routine by taking 1 lesson per day, for 21 days. Each lesson is around 15 minutes (+/- 5-10 minutes), which is very accessible and feasible for the busy and modern life.
Students will learn the most basic yoga postures and movements during the 21 days, at the same time learn how to easily soothe the physical body.
In the first two lessons students will focus on feeling & exploring the physical body with some gentle practices. Then one will learn how to use props (belt, brick / block, & chair) to assist the movements. After learning the most fundamental postures, students will have practices with different themes each day, including each part of the physical body, i.e., shoulder / back, core, & hips, the movements in twist, backbend, forward bend, and 3 flow yoga & 2 Yin Yoga practices. Students will get a comprehensive idea after the 21-day practice and keep the routine of everyday practice by repeating the course once again or create own theme according to how the physical body feels.
