My journey of YOGA started at the age of 42 ! After 5 years I wonder how a changed man I am ,in one word JOYOUS .
I had a book of Yoga which I had got as a gift ,20 years ago which was just collecting dust and pages were turning yellow ,I picked it up to clean and started reading and thus began my journey of yoga .Someone has rightly said " WHEN THE SPRING COMES ,THE GRASS GROWS BY ITSELF " ? The spring came late but I am glad that it came .
So if you have missed the train like me ,but now you aspire to learn YOGA in its purest form then this course is for you .
Whatever your age ,physique may be ,it's never late to start Yoga and I say this with experience .
Who this course is for:
Dr Dinesh Kumar Gupta, graduated as Doctor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Nagpur College of Homoeopathy in the year 1996 .
He is basically a HEALER radiating the glories of Dynamisation amidst all odds in this chaotic world of Medical Advancements, healing humans by lifting them up from Abyss of suffering for the last 25 years, teaching in medical college previously, now teaching online .
He has authored a book on human Physiology named as "ILLUSTRATED PHYSIOLOGY " in the year 2004 .
With his work which involved to see more of pain, suffering and death because he worked in cases having advanced pathologies like cancers, he was automatically pulled towards spirituality, which he explored a lot, studied Vedic sciences, Ayurveda, yoga, meditations. These studies gave him solace and new dimensions to handle diseases and human suffering.
He is practicing Yoga and Meditations since last 10 years and applying this knowledge in treating Diseases, and could see marvellous results when yogic techniques like Pranayama are applied with medicines.
More than treating he feels the prevention of disease is necessary. What else can be better than YOGA & MEDITATIONS.
Yoga must be used as DISCIPLINE when the person is healthy & it must be used as THERAPY when the person is sick.
