BEGINNER YOGA AND HIIT PART THREE. THIS COURSE WILL HELP THE BEGINNER YOGA PRACTITIONER TO ADOPT YOGA AND FITNESS AND A HEALTHY DIET AS A LIFESTYLE. IT WILL GIVE YOU THE FOUNDATIONS FOR A STRONG YOGA AND FITNESS PRACTICE AT HOME. IT WILL ASSIST YOU IN LOSING WEIGHT, BECOMING STRONGER, FASTER, MORE FLEXIBLE, CALMER AND OVERALL HEALTHIER. Ali is a Los Angeles based Yoga Teacher and the creator of Interval Yoga. She combined traditional yoga systems with modern day high intensity bodyweight training in order to offer classes that are both calming and nurturing yet powerful and exciting.
