    Helen V Hicks is a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey, U.S. She has over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field and 15 years operating her mental health private practice. Her experience spans a wide variety of ages, diagnoses and cultural identities. She strives to fulfill her career objective of helping 1% of the world improve their mental health & interpersonal relationships.

    Baba Oyewole is a Chartered Accountant and Business Consultant in the United Kingdom. He has been in these sectors for over 24 years and worked in corporate settings (Big Four Accounting Practices, Investment Banking) and as an Entrepreneur (owned and owns businesses). He has a strong desire to help people and organisations grow as well as improve. His work across various sectors highlighted the need for understanding of how individuals and organisations can work together to reduce stress, while creating a more productive, and profitable even, environment for all.
