In order for muscles to be actively integrated into all movement possibilities, you need perception, knowledge of how to specifically build muscles, and clear instructions.
The goal of the course is to give you training with simple content that will help you consciously control the body, increase your presence and enhance your communication skills.
About Dr. Joseph Weissenberg
After completing my master's degree in music and dance education (Salzburg, 1995), I learned the Alexander Technique (Boston, 2000). This perception training helped me in my doctoral studies with the topic: Alexander Technique and stage presence (Salzburg, 2014). I found the Visual Cues for good communication and how to activate the body line.
My quest is to constantly observe and find out how to use the body even more effectively. The reference points allow movement structures to be simplified and controlled more consciously. It turns out that healthy and harmonious movements can be built up in this way and, in addition, good communication is strongly promoted, especially the first impression. Only with an active body line can the desired results be achieved in high-performance professions (musicians and athletes) and on the communication level (stage presence).
