Requirements

  • You don't need any special equipment. Most techniques can be trained indoors and outdoors. Ground training is more comfortable on the mats but it can be done on some other surface if it's comfortable enough.

Learn how to spot, prevent, and defend yourself against the most common attacks and threats out there. Behave according to the situation to be able to de-escalate. This program will teach you how to be proactive, how to de-escalate, and how to fight back if needed. We are sure our content will answer many of the questions you might have and will give you the tools. Now it's time to look into it and train and become more aware and more prepared. This is a short course that can be a great start in your journey to become fit, confident, and more battle ready if needed.

The content of the course;

- Timeline of the threat (keeping the distance, body language, verbal communication, positioning, and scanning)

- Releases from wrist grabs (one of the most common grabs)

- Defences against hair grabs

-Defences against "bearhugs" type of attack

- Preventions and releases from chokes/strangulations (life-threatening attack)

- Releases from headlocks from the side (one of the most common holds)

- Defending while on the ground (positioning, getting up from the ground under pressure, basic escapes from most common attacks)

Who this course is for:

  • This course id designed for women who are interested in becoming more ready in case of a threat or attack. Regular training will improve skillset and general fitness.
