Information!
As a therapist, I experience that patients often wait too long for them to do something and undertake therapy or visit a doctor. They bare the pain for a while. When they can’t endure the pain any longer, then they take an uneasy step and consult me, hoping for an improvement. This doesn't have to be.
In an acute case or even preventative, these self-help exercises can be practiced without hesitation. If the pain should increase during the self-exercises, please consult your therapist or doctor. This happens very seldom but it is good and important to know.
Thank you for ordering my online-course. See you ;-)
