Requirements

  • No previous knowledge of the enneagram is required but knowing personality systems certainly doesn't hurt!

Description

I once heard a quote that changed everything for me. "You can't solve problems of the mind with techniques of the mind." which, to me, is the basis of mindfulness practices, meditation, presence, and other wellness techniques. It may sound like a mental trick but what we're doing is bringing other parts of our intelligence into the fold...namely our body/gut and our heart to tune into a full body intelligence.

Wisdom of the 3 Centers is a look into how each of these centers...the head, gut, and heart can support us in our daily wellness. We look at the wisdom of each center of intelligence, look at the questions each center is asking of us, the questions we can ask of each center, and how we can awaken wisdom from each center to take with us into our daily lives. This class includes journal and discussion prompts to take with you whenever you need to recenter into any of these areas.

This class is inspired by the Enneagram but not a required understanding to get everything you need (though it doesn't hurt to know). I am also open to being invited to your group or organization to teach this class for greater connection, clarity, and wellness within your team! DM me if the need arises!
