Course Objectives:
To learn basic concepts of Wireless Sensor Networks. To be familiar with the architecture and protocols used in Wireless Sensor Networks. To provide knowledge of deployment and security issues of Wireless Sensor Networks. The course aims to build foundational understanding as well as practical insights into the working and application areas of Wireless Sensor Networks.

Course Outcomes:
On completion of the course, students will be able to:

  2. Describe the importance and use of radio communication and link management in Wireless Sensor Networks.
