With the knowledge from this course you will be able to choose more wines to suit your style and also to recognize flavours and aroma in a wine. Your wine instructor is Octavian, a wine expert with over 20 years experience tasting wines and training restaurant staff and sommeliers. He is the author of several wine books as well as exams guides to support students taking the hardest wine tasting exams.
