Webinars created for the participants to view online are also known as online seminars or workshops. Using these webinars to attract potential projects to promote their business and brand, create leads, and hold conferences starting from small companies to a corporate level.

These webinars allow the audience to listen, watch slides, and participate in question-and-answer sessions. The main advantage is receiving, discussing, and giving information and viewing it anywhere on their browser.

Today webinars have become so important to increase their sale, and more and more companies have discovered that webinars are helpful for their companies and can create for free.

People like to run a webinar online for affordability, flexibility, free webinar sites, efficiency, and effectiveness. Another vital point is that the participants do not have to travel and can participate in the comfort of their own homes at a convenient time to suit them. Further, the people hosting the webinar can record the webinar with the playback facility, which again helps them reach more target audiences in a more extended period.

Holding webinars like this instead of conferences help businesspeople cut down on their administrative expenses. All you need to have a webinar is a computer and internet access, and you can provide downloadable materials like worksheets, checklists, and reference files.

Webinars' best practices help organizers to reach a larger audience faster than ever before. The participants and attendees can easily interact with each other through Q & A sessions, polls, and document sharing, no matter where they are. But you might wonder how to do a webinar and record a webinar, and I will give all that in detail in my next article.

Here are some different formats to run a webinar

    Training session.

It is to pass on the skills and knowledge and usually will take about an hour, and you can allow downloadable worksheets for the attendees to complete in the time. Please remember to have time for a question-and-answer session.

    Training course

It is the same as above, but it runs in a series of webinars as the multi-stage training course; the time limit will be about 20-30 minutes. You can give homework to attendees to complete between each session.

    Keynote presentation

In this type of webinar, you will be doing most of the talking, and it will last for about 40-50 minutes; also, you will have to allow the attendees to participate in the Q & A session that will give the attendees a chance to interact with you.

    Interview an expert.

Also, like the webinar, you bring guest experts and interview them at the webinar so that your attendees can listen to the conversation between you and your guest. This way of presenting is like a regular webinar, apart from having a guest expert.

    Coach and mentoring.

All the above webinars are involved in group discussions, but you can also do this on a one-to-one basis. You can allow your client to ask your questions to clear their doubts; on the other hand, you can ask the question and wait for them to give you the answer. It refers to coaching, mentoring, and consulting.

Some might say that webinars on the internet are less effective than meeting in person; this might be good for people who are not suitable for using the internet properly. Having webinars on the internet is more effective as you can pass the information on quickly, keep them for a long time, and refer them whenever needed. During these webinars, you will have a better opportunity to meet more people than in-person to share knowledge and learn more from it.

  • Do You Want to Become Famous The best way is to Hold a Webinar?6:45

Have you been in business for a long time and want to reach out to too many people and become famous? Why don't you think about holding a webinar? It is not enough if you only dream; act, have a weekend with your clients and friends of your prospects to discuss your dream subject. You might think it is a challenging task to plan to hold a webinar, seminar, workshop, or another event that is not nearly as complicated as you think. Some people dread when you say you are going to hold a webinar, and you should keep away from those people as they will be all out to discourage you. Remember, a webinar is one of the best ways to reach many people promoting your products and services.

    Select your format

    · To hold a webinar, you do not have to be in person; you can do it online; you must organize a few things to conduct this seminar.

    · Deciding on the subject must be appealing to the audience.

    · Check the time zone.

    · Create a landing page

    · Link the landing page via Zapier.

    · Create clear directional slides.

    · Start with a story, grab the attention of the audience

    · Use humor

    · Practice well before the start

    · Other than choosing whether your occasion will be face-to-face or virtual, you'll need to decide to what extent the diversion will last, what you'll cover, and how you'll protect it.

    · Will you have visitor speakers?

    · Will you offer examination boards? On the other hand, will the occasion be principally address-based?

Run with your gut on these choices. What bodes well for your group of onlookers? What design do you lean toward for your webinar? By what means would you be able to best convey your data?

    Choose whom to welcome.

Will you promote the occasion? Open it just to your select customers? Offer it to focus on a rundown of prospects?

It might appear weird to settle on your gathering of people before narrowing down your point. Yet, by selecting your optimal group of onlookers, you'll be able to zero indefinitely on their interests.

At this stage, choose the number of individuals you're happy with facilitating. Is it true that you envision a little suggested gathering of 20 individuals? On the other hand, do you see yourself talking hundreds?

    Choose what subjects to cover

Next, you'll have to get at the center of your issue. Indeed, I will concentrate on your skill. Yet, what, absolutely, about your mastery, will you give the time?

This choice has a considerable measure to do with your objectives. Would you like to change over prospects to customers? Amaze your present clients? Assemble associations with partners?

You'll need to pick your subject more contrastingly for your prospects than you would for a gathering of customers. Every group of onlookers will have changed concerns and marginally unique interests.

    Get the proper support.

A considerable amount of arranging is required to make a workshop or course. You'll have to locate the ideal scene (or innovative support, on the off chance it'll be virtual). You'll have to discover lodgings for visitors to remain at, exceptional mastermind rates, and plan unique exercises amid downtime.

You'll need to suit unique visitors in a way that makes them feel valued. You'll need somebody making a log of every action and maybe recording and translating the occasion so you can offer duplicates to members.

To put it plainly, you require an accomplice who shares your vision for your occasion. Somebody handles every one of the points of interest while you're hustling off, full steam ahead, on the master plan components. You can rapidly hand off the subtle elements to a virtual colleague who'll work out of sight to guarantee your whole occasion goes off quickly.

Close the criticism circle and do it once more

Will love holding your occasion. You'll sparkle in the spotlight, your members will have a delightful time, and you'll all have a remarkable ordeal.

Once the occasion's over, make a point to approach members for criticism. Approach them for what they cherished and what they didn't. Discover how you can enhance one year from now's occasion.

What's more, prepare for a surprisingly better occasion one year.

  • How to Run Your First Webinar?4:26

Are you too scared about it?

You see all those elegant sentimental bloggers offering webinars.

As a result, everybody wants to watch, including their pets.

They are powerful, so they get the attention.

I am sure that many people out there want to do it, but they are worried that they don't have the skills, stress, or money.

Currently, webinars are the best marketing tool for entrepreneurs.

But you feel too scared to run it or organize it with a small budget, and even broadcasting may be a big hurdle for you.

Just a blogger like you might feel that I cannot even imagine holding a webinar.

That said, today, things have changed as far as the webinars are concerned, as the items are affordable and easy to set up, and trust me, you can do it.

Beyond all these, there are many reasons you must hold a webinar as it will promote your brand and you. Sometimes some bloggers want to run a webinar even if they do not have anything to sell.

What are the reasons serious bloggers want to hold a webinar?

When blogging about a topic, it is not unusual that you will face high competition and struggle to get many visitors to your blog. You might have a handful of an audience, and even other bloggers will be trying to attract that audience for them even though there might not be much of a difference between you and those bloggers.

Therefore, you have no other option; unless you hold a webinar, you cannot rise above these bloggers.

Here are the benefits of having webinars.

Always try and convert your ideas into events. You must use this idea in the circumstances and pass on the valuable information you must give the audience that will attract them to you.

When you hold the webinars, you are creating a bond between you and your audience, and the cement will be enhanced when they see you in person and interact with you through the Q & A sessions. It will help them hear your voice when they read your future events.

You will appear like an authority when you give your presentation; your fans will start to look at and respect you as an authority.

You are creating an opportunity to increase your blog traffic, as webinars attract more subscribers because they will start to trust you.

You can earn more money selling a product or service because you will explain your product to your audience and attract them.

Therefore, by looking at the above benefits, you will wonder why more bloggers are not doing it; fear is real.

Why do most bloggers have a fear of hosting a webinar?

Running a webinar is fearful for some; they are not sure about the technology and keep hearing about embarrassing problems while the event is on. Some presenters keep talking without even reminding themselves whether the audience can listen to them. There are some people out there who stalk webinars and create disruptions. Remember that you can avoid any problem if you are careful and have enough practice before starting your webinar.

  • Selecting a Webinar Topic, Your Readers Can't Resist3:44

We are all busy nowadays, and for anyone to sit and listen to your webinar, you need to give them an exciting and valuable topic; otherwise, they will move away and start watching YouTube videos. To get your viewers to stay with your webinar, you must give them a satisfying feeling, such as they seem to be winning a game; therefore, they should get a sense to follow your words, and they also can become the winner.

Now we must think of choosing a topic.

There are two things that you can consider:

Which blog post will attract the most viewings.

The keywords used in your successful posts have attracted your audience to your site.

You must look at your popular posts on your website and think about creating content from those articles for your webinar.

If I consider my eBooks, online courses, and home business blogs, I have seen posts that have attracted many viewers; therefore, I will pick those posts and repurpose them for my webinar.

Choosing the popular posts will also help you if you do it correctly.

I have about one hundred and twenty eBooks on business, parenting and Relationships, self-development, and general issues. As I am aware of the sale of my eBooks and know the best sellers, I can choose one of them for my webinar. It is an opportunity for you to use your popular posts for the webinar. Still, it would help if you made more developments, detailed suggestions, and examples to transform it into an excellent webinar.

Another way of creating content for the webinar is to look for the keywords people have used for searching my posts or my eBooks. Please install Jetpack, or you can go to Google analytics and look under acquisition for keywords(organic). For example, I have created an online course called "Master franchise," and the keyword that the people will be selecting for it are as follows:

    · franchising today

    · franchise economics

    · franchise outcomes

    · what is a franchise

    · franchise marketing

    · Good business franchise opportunities

There are many more, so I could start a webinar under any of the above headings.

You must consider your blog; what keywords would people have used to find it.

Once you have selected the topic, as I have explained above, you must think about the technical aspects of the webinar; remember creating the content is much easier when compared to running a webinar.

  • How to Create a Webinar for Free?9:31

A guide that you can use to create a free webinar.

Most of us feel scared, and in the end, while hosting a webinar, we make huge mistakes. The mistakes could be in the form of the wrong way of presenting, maybe the co-presenter does not turn up to the webinar, and you have not advertised well enough about your webinar because you did not have the confidence.

But there, some bloggers deliver excellent webinars even if they do not have a solid product to sell. They do that because they want to show their authority and have great attention.

After reading this article, you might want to do a webinar. We always see the experts in their field offering webinars, so why not you cannot do the same. You might be an expert in something; why not bring it out to the world through webinars. You might be scared, thinking there will be a considerable cost, but that is not true today because webinar trends have changed. So, it is affordable & accessible.

    Write my experience:

I have been doing some webinars with no success and faced complete failures. Now I understand the reasons for it.

    1. I did not learn appropriately about webinars.

    2. I have done everything on my own, with no advice.

    3. Lack of preparation

    4. Send an invite to the email list but do not have any response.

    5. There was not enough publicity.

I had a presenter and faced a lot of embarrassment; I did not learn the mistakes even after a few failed webinars and did not have enough technical knowledge. It was a complete waste of time, and I wasted my copresenter’s time. We started with Google hangout and then moved on to Zoom. The only thing I would say is that I got a bit of experience and might use that later. I am an online course creator, eBooks writer, coach, and freelance accountant. But I feel so bad about it even now, and I can get rid of that if I can create a successful webinar.

Why Serious Bloggers Love Webinars (Even if They Don't Have Anything to Sell)

There will be a competition when you start blogging about any topic that more than a handful of people care about your writing.

Many bloggers will be fighting for your target audience. There will be little to distinguish from them if you look at it.

Hosting a webinar is the only option you will have to rise above the ambitious bloggers.

    Here are the benefits:

You transform your ideas into events.

You have an opportunity to create a sense of occasion around your ideas, values & information.

You build a unique bond with your readers.

The people who follow you will be able to see you in person, which helps to build a bond with you. Also, they can interact with you. Then in the future, they can hear your voice when they read your content.

    You become an authority.

When you appear as a presenter and interact with your audience, giving value to them, they look at you as an expert and respect you as an authority.

    You increase your blog traffic.

Online events, like webinars, are like magnets. They attract traffic and generate new subscriptions.

    You can make money blogging.

When you promote your product as an affiliate, you can increase your sales immediately in a live event that brings in more income.

Therefore, hosting webinars are incredibly attractive, so why not the bloggers do not do that.

    The truth? Because they're scared.

Why Most Bloggers Are Scared Clueless by Webinars

    · Let's face it.

    · Running a virtual event sounds overwhelming.

    · Technology seems like a difficult challenge.

    · And then there are those embarrassing setbacks you hear about webinars.

    · You could, without knowing the audience, not be able to hear you.

    · Some people talk for an hour without knowing that no one is listening to the webinar.

    · These things could happen, but we must know that these could be easily avoidable.

    · The vital thing you should practice well before starting the webinar.

    · And I'll tell you exactly what you need to know to run successful online events.

    · But first, let's consider what content to choose for a webinar.

How to Choose a Webinar Topic Your Readers Can't Resist

Most people are busy, and if the topic is not attractive enough, they will start to watch YouTube videos instead.

To get your readers to watch, you must bring in an exciting issue to get them around your webinar.

How to select the right topic?

Start selecting your popular blog posts and the keywords that lead your readers to your site.

Please choose the most popular posts and repurpose them for the webinar content.

So, now you have an opportunity to excise your popularity, depending on how you expand your post, offer examples, more details about your topic, and questions for discussions.

Then another way is to find the keywords that people used to find your blog.

If you have Jetpack installed, you can find them in the Site Stats section, or you can look in Google Analytics (under Acquisition > Keywords > Organic).

    But what about your blog?

What keywords do people type in to find you?

Do not start to create the content straightway; wait till you sort out the technical aspects of running a webinar. Then it becomes easy to make the content for your webinar.

    Notes to help you:

Rebranded Google Hangout and Hangouts Chat as Google meet and Google Chat in April 2020.

To reflect the changes, they updated the following sections.

Thanks to Google Meet, it's possible to run webinars for free. And you can accommodate up to 100 participants!

I used to use Google Hangout, but now I have changed to Zoom as I find it easy to run the webinar on Zoom free for 45 minutes.

If you want to scale up, you can have paid plans which are not expensive.

How to Create and Present A Highly Effective Webinar

Learning through Webinars: An eLearning perspective

Due to advancement in technology, many types of models for eLearning are available for us to utilize to our best.

In addition, there is a pressing need to deliver technology-enabled learning, which the learners can consume, wherever and whenever they want – all within tight budgets. In this scenario, webinars are a powerful medium of learning delivery across varied learner groups – small or large. Easy to access and convenient, webinars are an effective learning mode for professionals who can fit the short bursts of learning into their schedules. Though technological advances have made the delivery of webinars possible in real-time, there is a lot of human effort that goes into creating and delivering an impactful webinar.

8 Tips To Create a Highly Effective Webinar

1.The first step in creating a virtual presentation for a webinar is to create a practical blueprint, which details the flow that the production will take. As per the flow, start creating content.

    2. Textual content for a virtual presentation should be crisp and to the point. Like a classroom presentation, the text should not just mimic what the speaker will eventually say. Should use Keywords and not sentences

    3. Unlike a classroom presentation, where the presenter can talk and explain a slide for at least 2-3 minutes, a virtual presentation must have a sliding movement every 20-40 seconds to keep the audience interested. It can include slide transitions, annotations, or section highlights - all relevant to what the learner needs to know.

    4. Graphics are a big part of a virtual presentation and significantly cut down textual matter. Use that liberally to provide proper context or ideas to the learner.

    5. Should explain Graphics like graphs or charts only to an appropriate point of detail. Going into too many details will cause the learner’s attention to flounder. Can provide Visual clues like one-word descriptors, figures, or percentages to help learners quickly understand the graph or chart.

    6. Audio is the backbone of a virtual presentation and is instrumental in its success. With minimalistic on-screen text, audio can successfully explain and detail out concepts and ideas presented. But keeping in mind the limited timespan of a webinar, audio should also not go into unnecessary details.

    7. Provide interactivity within the presentation through questions or polls that invite learner participation. An early audience poll can provide an insight into what the learner already knows about the topic. Ask questions to excite the learner into thinking about new ideas or concepts. Other interactivities like open-ended discussions can conduct at the end of a session to invite new ideas and suggestions.

    8. Can utilize Collaboration tools like Whiteboards within webinars to share documents or images and explain them using annotation tools.

6 Tips to present an impactful webinar

    1. For a strong webinar delivery, it is essential to consider that a webinar allows very little time to explain many ideas and concepts. The speaker should be ready with concise notes to deliver within the stipulated timeframe.

    2. The speaker notes should consider various interactivities like slide transitions, animations, or videos included in the presentation and time the audio piece accordingly.

    3. When talking to a global audience, it is necessary to keep cultural references in mind. Should minimize the use of colloquial terms and jargon.

    4. Allowing discussions or questions in the middle of a classroom session is commonplace. Talking to an unseen audience in the virtual space, the speaker in the webinar needs to take charge of the flow that the session needs to take. So, assigning time slots within the webinar for questions and discussions is essential and proceeding according to plan.

    5. For two-way question-answer sessions, the speaker needs to take charge of the conversation – much like an instructor in a classroom. Must answer the Questions short and to the point. Discussions must stay within the parameters of the topic and cannot diversify.

    6. Unlike a classroom instructor, the speaker in a webinar cannot ‘see’ the audience. So, they may need help creating a successful two-way flow of information. A dedicated Q&A facilitator can help the speaker in this matter and keep track of all questions and queries and the order of asking those questions. It allows the speaker to answer the most questions within the stipulated time.

  • How to Design a Webinar to Engage Audience from Start to Finish4:06

Must follow to become successful in your first webinar; there are some correct procedures.

Ensure the introduction starts with a story and includes the reason for your passion for the topic you chose. The second part is the main presentation, and the last part is the interaction with the participants and allows them to ask you questions, and you need to give them the answers, which should last for about forty-five minutes.

5 minutes for the introduction and personal story

25 minutes for the main presentation

    10 minutes for the Q&A

The crucial part of your webinar is your presentation; you need to include the call to action in the last five-minute production. Everything depends on your subject for your webinar; whether you are trying to educate or motivate your audience, make it simple and suggest a small action to perform immediately after the webinar.

After doing all these, you need to make sure that there is something for you; for example, ask them to sign up for your email list or like and share your Facebook page.

When selling a product, a detailed explanation you must offer as to how your product will solve their problems should make your audience decide to buy it now and must be in order just before the Q & A session.

Here is the procedure to prepare for a webinar

Prepare the outline of your introduction,

Main presentation. Headings, subheadings, and bullet points.

    Length of each section

Work out how many slides you need; five drops per minute is about right.

Can do the slides using the PowerPoint presentation software on a computer as it is free. Another option is to use Google slides, the app to create slides for your presentation, which you can access on Google drive for free.

One of the technical points in using the slides for your presentation shows in a new window. If you decide to use a keynote to create slides, it will take extra effort, but using PowerPoint and Google for your presentation is much easier than including showing in a new window. Remember, when creating slides, the headlines must be in big, bold text.

It will look better if you add some clear images to the slides to make them more attractive and gives your audience an emphasis.

When you show your slides to your audience, will you speak? Keep some words in front of you that will give you more confidence. Always keep a script in front of you when you are saying will do.

  • How to Make Sure the Camera Loves You (and Your Fans Will Too)3:56

When you appear on your camera, you need to make the people like your image as they love to see their favorite bloggers on the camera because you already have a connection with them through your writing.

We might not like how we look on camera, but when we talk, smile, joke, and laugh, that will recommend us to our readers.

You do not have to be an actor to attract people, but the important thing is to learn psychology to attract people to you and your webinar. Therefore, the crucial thing is how you place your camera, which must align with your eye- height.

Suppose your camera is not in line with your eye height. In that case, the attendees might misunderstand you whether you are not paying one hundred percent attention to your webinar and talking down to them or just doing it for the sake of doing it, or you do not have the authority. So line up the camera precisely with your eyes.

When using a web camera on your computer or laptop, you need to adjust the height of your seat so that the camera will align with your eyes.

Many of us use Zoom to conduct online meetings, webinars, and daily discussions, as it is cheap and straightforward.

The advantage of using zoom is that you can start living on camera and then use the slides to talk to your attendees; therefore, you do not have to appear on camera constantly. Then once you have finished with your slides, you can appear on your camera. Showing presentations using drops will help you keep away from the camera during your webinar. Start living with your camera, then slide presentation, and after that, you can appear again for your Q & A.

So, now you also know that you've created your webinar, it's time to let people know about it. After all, you want your fans to show up for your online event.

You can do much to increase your webinar audience by sending out reminder emails. Your attendees often forget that they registered for the event and fail to turn up. Once an attendee has written, they should receive an automated email with the date, time, and webinar topic.

Keep the registration simple so prepare a simple landing page without any complications so that they will find it easy to do the registration; if not, they will give up.

It is vital to produce high-quality content to make it worthwhile for your audience and your appearance on the screen.

  • How to Create an Appealing Thrill for the Webinar that Attracts Many People?4:56

It is not that difficult, but what happens if nobody watches it? How to create a great webinar

Making a call around your webinar is the best way to get people to take some interest in your webinar from the start.

Requesting your participants to register for your webinar is one of the great ways to have more attendees. You must do the Registration through a sign-up form for the email list you set up for your webinar, using autoresponder as a campaign. And send out these sign-up documents for Registration as an email sequence when you set up your autoresponder. You could easily do it with autoresponders like Awebber or Mail chimp, which will send the emails with your URL where you have embedded the form.

You can also write a blog post describing your webinar topic that will inspire your readers and make them anxious about it. List out the possible questions they could ask and promise you will answer them on the webinar. Remember to embed the sign-up form at the bottom of the post asking to register for the webinar.

Then after making the webinar announcement on the blog post, start sending emails to the people on your email list. It is not unusual to send at least three emails to remind the people on your list, especially on the day of the webinar. The order of sending emails is just one week before the webinar and four days after that; the last one should be the day before the webinar.

Another way to create attention is to write a guest post on a popular website and mention your webinar. This type of promotion is a little bit harder, but it will have a couple of benefits; you will be getting more traffic to your website, which might increase conversions, and at the same time, you will have more people interested in your webinar.

The above methods to promote your webinar will boost the traffic. But that said, it is a usual thing that you can expect, maybe 25% of the people who have signed up to attend the webinar. It will be a good idea to send an email just before you start the webinar that reminds them to participate in the webinar, and there is always a possibility that people tend to forget. Hence, it is up to you to keep reminding them.

Start promoting your webinar on social media, like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google plus. Then do not hesitate to post on them more than once. If they have groups that promote webinars, do not forget to post there too.

Then if you are a person, who does videos to promote your blogs, why not create a video for your webinar and publish it. Do not forget that they benefit from the webinar and your product or services.

Create infographics and images that catch your audience's attention and invite them to click through to your sign-up page. Put your ideas on Pinterest, Facebook, and other visual platforms (including links to your sign-up page wherever possible).

  • Creating an appealing thrill
  • Last-minute Preparations just before the webinar8:17

How are you doing? Well, we are winding down to the end of this webinar. But we still need to go over a few things, so today, we will discuss how you can host your successful webinar.

As we know, hosting a webinar requires a unique software platform that allows you to share an interactive presentation over the internet. We also learned in our last lesson that numerous options exist, and many businesses offer web-based seminar services. We also know that these software applications vary tremendously in price and features.

Here are a few more examples of the different features, including the ability to:

    • Show animation, attendee reporting, and pre-registration.

    • Using audio via public internet or integrated audio conferencing allows the audience to see a presenter's live product demo through their computer screen.

    • Consider Present questions and audience polls.

    • Answer dialogs and manage live questions during a presentation.

You will require a few things to host a webinar: a recording, a bridge line, a transcript, an outline, an autoresponder, and a squeeze page. You may want a video presentation and a slide show for your webinar. It would help if you decided on the visuals for your webinar early. An excellent video presentation or PowerPoint takes time to prepare, so be ready with it.

The secret to successful webinar hosting is preparation. The webinar is not a sure thing compared to a business that can be easy to pull off. You'll need to remember that while you are not directly in front of your participants, you are still in the spotlight, so the things that will apply in the traditional presentation are still important here.

Be very prepared without any stumbling or fumbling over all your materials. You can extend your reach to a larger audience than the traditional seminar. If you record the meeting, this can be your marketing tool later.

Be sure to include preparation time in the outline. It will ensure that the presentation will progress smoothly and goes off without any issue. Your design will also help you track your allotted time frame, giving you a sense of professionalism. You can also share the outline with your participants so they can follow you and take notes.

Hosting your webinar also needs promotion. It is a good idea to start your promotions quickly. Ensure you load your autoresponder and your squeeze page is ready. Present your guests with suitable materials and make it easy for them. If you are hosting a webinar with a busy speaker, ensure that you book his time as early as possible. Give him all the materials needed so he will be comfortable with the webinar he'll present.

Here are a few other simple tips to use when hosting your webinar.

The first is to keep a drink near you, especially if you're the presenter. You must ensure that you sound clear and prevent your mouth from being dry.

Second, you must have a backup plan. If you'll be interviewing a guest during the event, ensure that you have a secondary guest if something arises.

Third, your call length must be about an hour only. Remember that your guests are in their homes, and it will be hard for them to join the seminar for more than one hour.

Fourth, it would help if you gave clear directions to your callers since some of them will be first-timers on the webinar. Teach them what to do in case of background noise; teach them how to unmute or mute and other things necessary for the seminar.

Fifth, always make your recording of the event. You can use it later or offer it to those who will not be able to make the call. Make sure that you acquire a webinar service that lets you record.

Sixth is the Q&A time; to add value to your call and encourage your listeners to participate, try to have time for the question-and-answer session.

Lastly, end your webinar with the call to action for the guests. Ask them to give feedback, give them assignments, and don't forget a link to your special offers.

An adequately hosted webinar can be an excellent boost for your business. As I have mentioned several times throughout this series, webinars can be a productive and cost-effective means to interact with staff, prospects, and customers. When done correctly, that can turn any business into a profitable one.

I hope today's lesson was helpful to you. Don't forget to keep an eye out for my following email. There will be some great stuff in your next chapter.

We will talk about how to make a nice profit from every webinar you host.

  • How to make profits from webinars?9:04

In this last lesson, we are going to talk about some great ways that you can make a nice profit from every webinar you host.

As I am sure you are aware, hosting a free webinar is one of the best ways to build a brand, hold meetings, and promote your business, products, and services. They are also a great way to earn a lovely income. Suppose you have been doing any business one. I am sure you know they are a prevalent technique used by many online marketers and business owners.

But how do you make money from something you're giving away for free?

Today we will go over a few great ways you can profit from the free webinar you produce.

Build buzz for your company or business

Producing free webinars is one of the most effective ways to introduce your business. If you've tried penetrating this industry before, you'll know that competition tends to be tough.

You need to show authority in your field to get a leg in. What better way to begin than by producing a free webinar? Your prospective market will appreciate your efforts since they don't have to pay for anything and yet still get something out of your presentation.

    Build your reputation

It's probably challenging to produce a paid webinar if you're still a relative unknown on the Internet. However, that shouldn't stop you from using this technique. By creating a webinar that people can learn from without paying a cent, you will be able to introduce yourself to the industry.

Your name then achieves a certain level of recognition. Next time you need to sell a product or launch a marketing campaign, you will be able to expect better reception.

Turn the webinar into a paid course.

It is a strategy used by many marketers to generate profit from producing free webinars. Record the webinar and then make the copy on CDs or D s. You can also save the lecture as a downloadable electronic file or transcribe it into an e-book.

To add value to the webinar, consider adding two or three premium topics to the new product. That way, people will have enough reason to want to buy it since what they got for free doesn't include the premium stuff.

Sell products linked to the webinar.

Another great way to profit from producing free webinars is to sell products related to the webinar. Many marketers earn good income using this strategy. It is why savvy marketers are more than willing to offer their Web lectures for free because they know it is a means to promote and sell their products, such as books, e-books, and other services. Often, selling these products makes up for the expenses incurred in producing the webinar.

    Earn from your affiliate link

Even if you will be producing free webinars, it's still entirely possible for you to earn a profit if you are part of an affiliate program. During the webinar, mention one or two products (three would be the maximum four would be overselling) that your audience can use later as a reference or guide. Just make sure these products are related to the topic of your webinar. If not, it will lose relevance to your audience.

If they find your helpful webinar, they're more likely to buy.

    Sell your next webinar.

If you have a good topic for a webinar, why not produce a free lecture that can serve as an introductory piece for this topic? Use teaser topics with the free webinar and offer premium topics for your following webinar. You can use your free webinar to promote your paid lecture.

That's where you'll earn your profits. Make sure to create a smooth transition from the free lecture to the paid class so your audience will find both relevant.

Description

Introduction

A webinar is a real-time presentation with audio, video, and/or multimedia components. It's a popular information-sharing format across various industries and fields, from B2B marketing sessions to classroom lectures.

In businesses that support employees, customers, and partners across multiple locations and time zones, webinars can connect everyone at one time, in one place. Since they're-they're virtual, they can efficiently scale to thousands of concurrent attendees, helping organizations reduce travel and venue costs while broadening their opportunities in areas such as sales.

Webinar vs. virtual meeting

People often wonder what a webinar is and how it differs from a video conference. Like video conferencing, a webinar's purpose is usually instructional or educational in a one-to-many format.

While webinars and video conferences can be highly interactive, video conferencing usually refers to regular meetings, discussions, or brainstorming.

You might attend videoconferencing with your colleagues multiple times each day, whereas a webinar is a unique event you may have signed up for months before it happens.
