The course is well structured, and it changed my opinion on food i ate a lot. I was eating only crap, and after I've immersed in the course, I started to see food different, and get to the core of what it means to eat healthy. As the author say, it takes time, and it is hard to change at once, but with the information and knowledge presented here, you can stay motivated
