Description
This is a fun and interactive introduction class for a basic understanding of the Chakras and how they affect us as humans. The majority of people don't really know what a Chakra is, or very little about what they really are for. The word Chakra to many can relate as something "WooWoo" or "Not Important"... These common reactions stem from a world and system at which has not provided accurate or really any common knowledge information.
The fact is that Chakras are a body part. A part of our anatomy like our heart and lungs.
The Chakras relate to the body by holding and storing our emotions, feeling and reactions.
Just as taking a biology class and making sure we eat right is important, the Chakra system is a vital part of our health and emotional well being.
This class is to easily support those that are just learning or understanding Chakras. We will learn:

For me learning about Chakras saved my life after being sick for 7 years. Chakras opened me up to a world that I knew nothing about but had been around for thousands of years. I was so excited to know more about these mysterious wheels that supposedly I had! Well it turned out, I have them, they are functioning and were the reason for my illness all those years.
I dove into learning or as I like to say now… one rabbit hole after another! I am an Energy Practitioner in 7 modalities of energy Reiki, Shamanism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Faery and 5 element theory.
I have a background serving the United Stated Navy as and Operations Specialist.
I have an associates degree in business and Bachelor in Health, Marketing and Communications. I owned a Salon in San Diego 17 years. I taught high school in Perris County CA for 2 years on topics of personal care and day to day tools for life.
I was a bullied child holding fear and confusion about being molested by my female babysitter when I was in 1st grade. I spent most of my young life in emotional and physical pain learning life in depths.
With all this wrapped up in a box and sealed with a bow, I know in my heart that I have a mission in my life purpose to share what I have learned and bring more love to as many people as possible.
I always wondered why Chakras and the astral body were never taught in American schools let alone most schools in the world? With all the perceptions of this topic considered and the education that I have collected, it is my opinion that this topic is too important to not talk about and teach about.
I believe that these type of topics integrating into our schools and society norm is a seed to supporting the high percentages of depression, anxiety and stress in the United States and the world.
