To dive into our Chakras with a better understanding of if we are in balance or not it is best to know each chakra and how they work in our body. It is also important to remember that our Chakra system is our energetic body and that it is influenced by energy movement and change. Finding out if our Chakras are imbalanced or not today and what percentage we are at could change by the next day or week. It is best to know and understand how the energetic body or chakra system works completely.
It is very similar to knowing the physical body parts like our muscles and organs. We learn how to take care of them, keep them strong and full of nutrition. Chakras are very much the same. The best way to take care of our body is to understand how it works.
Now that we have gone through the basic functions of the Chakra system and how each one works lets take a short quiz to see what we learned!
