How people communicate has always fascinated me, which is probably why I delivered an extensive amount of training over the years. No matter where I worked, it didn’t take long before I would become a trainer for new employees coming in.
I just love seeing the “aha” moments when my students got it. I learned to pay attention to the clues their body and facial expressions were telling me. I could see when they: ‘got it’, were confused, needed more details and when they were getting tired and needed a break.
Training is near and dear to my heart and there is nothing more rewarding to me than to make somebody smile.
The Communication W.A.Y.S. (What Are You Saying) is a new addition to our existing company Small Business Quick Start, helping new small businesses succeed. We plan to launch our new website (the communication ways) in the very near future.
