This course explains what the ladder method of workout is, theoretically, and includes an example workout.

In this lesson, you will learn what the ladder method of exercise is, how it can be used, what are its benefits and goals and how to perform a ladder workout. If you are a beginner, try choosing exercises that are easier for you, or do your first times of practice at a slower speed, so your body can adjust and become better in time.
