I'm going to speak about a highly complex subject that both science and spiritualism have been attempting to address for thousands of years. And the question is, who exactly am I? If you ask me, my name is Gian Kumar. The gender is male, the height is 5ft 7in, and so on. But, according to science, that is an optical illusion, and you are not that. Aham brahmas me, says spiritualism. You are the spiritual being. Tattoos and conscious energy. Shivoham are Masi thaw. Shiva, you are that. So spiritualism makes the audacious claim that you are that potential divine. On the other hand, science claims that all physical objects are optical illusions. Is it an illusion, or is there anything else behind what appears to be true? What appears to be thus is an illusion, which spiritualism has long claimed is a Maya. So, who exactly are you? I am the physical body. I am the thinking self mentally. I am spiritually aware of conscious energy. But, once again, body and mind are meaningless without the spirit. It's dead meat, in my opinion. A corpse is meaningless unless and until the conscious element is present. The mind is just not awake without consciousness. And if the mind is asleep. The body is dormant. So the wavering is caused by spiritual aware energy. So, let us answer, or attempt to answer, this question scientifically. When scientists dug deeper and deeper into matter, physical objects, using supercomputers, molecules, atoms, protons, electrons, neutrons, quarks, and so on, they discovered particles, matter, and waves of energy, with particles even behaving as waves. So, in the end, everything in this planet or the universe is just waves of absolute energy. The entire physics shifted as a result, from classical Newtonian physics to quantum mechanics, where the law of conservation of energy was inspired by the punishments. Shanti Madhundra's thermodynamics law, thermodynamics one, two, three, and so on were all mentioned. Many of them were motivated by our vedas and the knowledge of the self that we provided. So, scientifically, we are energy waves. Let's get down to business spiritually. You will never claim, "I am body, mind, or thoughts." You'll always have my body, mind, and thoughts. Signifying that you are beyond mind, body, and thoughts, implying that you are beyond that thinking self that tells you your name, gender, and everything. You're above that. And who exactly are you? How are you doing? Shivoham aham ramasmi from Advait vedanta is what they said. Advait is Sanskrit for "nondual." So they believe you are the absolute presence of conscious energy. When this cosmic conscious force enters the psyche. The term "spirit" comes from the Greek word spiritus, which means "breath." The Vedas also stated that underneath the layers of physical energy are sheets of prana, which means death. Life force. Rana represents life energy. As the sole constituent of brahman, Brahm is also known as the spirit. When the spirit, in all its wholeness and purity, enters the mind, it becomes trapped as the soul, holding absolute energy. As a result, we have a composite unit of body, mind, and soul. Body and mind are transient and impermanent. However, the soul is everlasting. It is the spirit that is ever flowing, forever flowing, and conscious of all that comes out and returns to it. So we have that spirit as humans, the only living thing that can see, read, and feel its own thoughts. Animals and plants are both aware, yet they are not conscious. They are not aware or mindful of their own ideas or minds. So the spirit, soul, and spirit are outside the mind and body, through which you can supervise, guide, and check the mind when it goes wrong. So, who exactly are you? You are that spiritual, conscious energy in the form of awareness, the presence of awareness that neither incarnates nor reincarnates. It lasts forever. It is always present. And that's exactly who you are. And you are your body, mind, and consciousness. Thank you very much.
