It offers a variety of great relaxation treatments.

According to Meiko Yuen Lee, complete relaxation is achieved through three important pillars of life:
1. Relaxation of the mind and body (e.g. meditation or massage)
2. Healthy nutrition (e.g. herbal teas, water, fruit and light food)
3. Healthy physical exercise (Qi Gong, Yoga or Kung Fu).
