- A yoga mat is required. Taking my beginner course prior to this course is a good idea for beginners. Basic beginner yoga knowledge is required before joining this course.
Description
This course is taken from Ali Kamenova's intermediate to advanced levels of Interval Yoga. These are exclusive videos not seen on Ali's free youtube channel. With these videos students can take their training to the next level by using these videos 5-7 days per week. Students will build and shape their muscles, increase core strength and flexibility, improve overall state of mind, build confidence and self esteem along with improving balance and equilibrium.
The videos can be done every other day or done 6 days a week with one day off. The Sequence is very detoxing and supportive on one's weight loss and getting fit journey.
The classes are also excellent for any yoga lovers who are looking for creative and fun sequences to add to their practice.

Instructor
Ali is a Los Angeles based Yoga Teacher and the creator of Interval Yoga. She combined traditional yoga systems with modern day high intensity bodyweight training in order to offer classes that are both calming and nurturing yet powerful and exciting. Expect to build strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, cardiovascular capacity and patience while taking her courses.
