This is a very good course, I had some knowledge already that was covered here, but It was reassuring to know that i was on the right track. there is some very helpful advice and overall my experiences with this course was good. i found the segments debunking much of the diet myths especially useful. I would recommend this course especially to those who are confused or fed up by all the diet and weight loss fads out there.
