The Shape Up Muay Thai Shadow Boxing Course is made up of 9 low impact total body workouts for 15 minutes each, which are good for weight loss, toning muscles and self defense. The course is a step by step guide so you will learn basic punch, kick, elbow and knee striking techniques first and then progress to doing more advanced Muay Thai combinations. No equipment is required and it can be done in the comfort of your own home, at the office or even at the park.

I have been training and teaching Muay Thai Boxing for about 20 years. I have done intensive fighter training in Thailand and trained with professional fighters in top gyms in Thailand and Australia. I fought as an Amateur to test my Muay Thai skills and to inspire others not to give up on their dreams. I also have a Certificate IV in Personal Training, and many years experience in weight training and calisthenics. My training focuses on the right; mindset, breathing, technique, strength and endurance. If you train with me, you'll be in good hands.
