Muay Thai Boxing techniques: Boxing - straight jabs, hooks and uppercut punches; Kicking - front kicks, body kicks, leg kicks; Knees and Elbows - upper elbows and cutter elbows.
Single Punch Boxing drills (punches only): straight jabs, hooks and uppercuts; + two and four punch boxing combinations.
Alternate Two Punch Boxing Drills (punches only): straight jabs, hooks, and uppercuts + two and four punch boxing combinations.
Single Strike Muay Thai Drills: punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes.
Alternate Two Strike Muay Thai Drills: punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes.
Two Strike Muay Thai Combinations - punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes.
Three Punch Boxing Combinations (punches only): straight jabs, hooks and uppercuts.
Three Strike Muay Thai Combinations - punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes.
Four Punch Boxing Combinations (punches only): straight jabs, hooks and uppercuts.
The Shape Up Muay Thai Shadow Boxing Course is made up of 9 low impact total body workouts for 15 minutes each, which are good for weight loss, toning muscles and self defense. The course is a step by step guide so you will learn basic punch, kick, elbow and knee striking techniques first and then progress to doing more advanced Muay Thai combinations. No equipment is required and it can be done in the comfort of your own home, at the office or even at the park.
