Instructor
I grew up in southern California and attended Loyola Marymount University and absolutely loved my experience there. It was during my senior of college when I started an internship with celebrity wedding and event planner, Mary Dann, to whom I am forever indebted. Shortly after graduation, I was lucky enough to become the sales and event manager for Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano where my knowledge of the industry grew exponentially. After my time at Franciscan Gardens, in 2008 I decided to start my own business and I could not be happier.
With an education in business, a passion for pleasing my clients, and a high attention to detail, I take great pleasure in allowing my clients to take a deep breath and pass off the tedious details of planning. My enthusiasm and compassion for all of my brides and grooms makes them feel at ease and stress free during the planning process.
In addition to planning weddings and events, I love In ‘n’ Out and self serve froyo…in that order. I am a Type A hopeless romantic which is probably why this is the perfect career for me. Some people call me persnickety but I like to say particular…especially when it is on the behalf of my brides. I love being outside, and I love being active! I am a good buddy for running, hiking, snowboarding, listening, talking, laughing, and sharing a glass of wine with. I believe in enthusiasm, compassion, perseverance, sense of humor, affection, taking the high road and true love.
After planning over 200 weddings, I am so excited to share some of my experiences and tips on how to become a great wedding planner.
